Step into Out of Office, a top floor 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with room for up to 9 guests. It features two separate living areas. Whether youâre gathering in the main living room by the fireplace or unwinding in the loftâs second lounge, thereâs a perfect spot for everyone. This complex sits on the 2-mile marker of the Grand Glaize arm. Only a 10-minute drive to the popular Bagnell Dam Strip.
Kitchen and Dining Area
This fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you need for a hassle-free stay. The open layout keeps you connected to the living area. There is a dining table with seating for 7.
Living Room
The Living Room features a sofa, two recliners, and an electric fireplace with flat screen TV mounted above for cozy nights in. Large windows and high ceilings create a bright, airy feel. There are sliding glass doors that lead onto the waterfront balcony.
Master
The master bedroom features a king-sized adjustable bed, nightstands, dresser, and a flat screen TV. There are sliding doors to access the balcony. There is an attached master bath with a double vanity sink and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, an accent chair and a flat screen TV.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a flat screen TV.
Loft
Upstairs in the loft there is a second living area which features a spacious sectional, recliner, flat screen TV, and board games for the whole family to enjoy.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-sized bed and nightstand. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Outside
Outside on the private balcony you will find an electric grill, two bar-height tables with enough seating for the whole group, and a mounted flat screen TV. You can catch a game and unwind all while soaking in the lake views!

This condominium complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach at the 2MM of the Gland Glaize Arm. Located close to the Osage Beach Outlets, Dirty Duck Boat Rentals, Pappos Pizza, Wobble Boots, Tire Biters, and more!
**No trailer parking at this complex.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
