Settle into a home filled with warmth, light, and natural simplicity. Welcome to The Palmer.
Guests have full access to the home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. The heated pool, backyard lounge, and thoughtfully designed living areas are yours to enjoy. A keyless entry system allows for seamless self-check-in and check-out. Driveway parking is available.
We are available throughout your stay should you need anything, but we respect your privacy and give you space to enjoy the home. Whether you prefer a completely hands off experience or would like recommendations for the best local spots, weâre here when you need us.

âą Pool & Spa Heating - $75 per day (2-day minimum) *Need 48-hour advanced notice, must be paid prior to arrival, 2 night minimum
âą NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
âą Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
âą Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
âą EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Not available at this time.
âą Locals must message before booking.
Occupancy & Use
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.
Noise & Neighbors
- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM â 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.
Parking & Vehicles
- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.
Pool & Spa (If Applicable)
- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.
### Smoking
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.
Maintenance
- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.
Lost & Found
- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.
Trash
- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.
### Safety
- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
