We had a great stay at Maria's place in North Lake Tahoe. The house was lovely and comfortable, and Maria was a wonderful host — responsive, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The one thing to note is that there's another tenant downstairs, so while we never had to share amenities, it didn't give us quite the privacy we'd hoped for on this particular trip. That said, it's a small thing against an otherwise excellent experience. We'd happily recommend the place and thank Maria for having us.

The host was very responsive. It was a clean, small, and cozy house. The master bedroom is on the top floor, and the stairs are pretty steep, be careful with your shins! The upstairs bedroom is the only bedroom with a TV, besides the TV in the living room. Each room has a fan, which was a nice touch. There are also board games available for some extra entertainment and the hot tub was a great bonus and very nice to relax in. The kitchen was also very nice and well kept.

We only stayed at the property one day. We found the property immaculate, updated, beautiful and well equipped. Communication with the manager was excellent. It was close to the town center.

Shared cabin/ perfect location

The rental was clean just enough room for the 8 of us I enjoyed the location we saw so many bears it was beautiful The only thing that I can say was a downer was the that you share the cabin with a tenant who lives there, and it wasn’t in the description I assumed it was the whole cabin but it’s only the 2 top floors and we weren’t aloud to park in drive way which also was unfortunate Other than that it was great close walk to the lake and shops great location

Please note that driveway parking is limited to one car during the summer, and it is reserved for the downstairs tenant. However, we have private parking right next to the house for up to 3 cars, and it’s just a few steps away. You’re welcome to use the driveway temporarily for loading and unloading.

Didn’t know on the listing that it was a shared cabin. Also right when I pulled up to the house the designated parking space for guests had a tree stump in the middle of it with no cone. I didn’t realize it until it was too late and I scraped the whole undercarriage of my brand new car. The hot tub wasn’t very private, neighbors could see you from the outside, so I ended up not using it. Other than that I thought the inside was super clean and tidy, fully renovated.

Very clean comfortable place! The location is within walking distance of the beach and downtown Kings Beach. The only hiccup was a power outage in the area which isn’t uncommon (but something worth considering if you’re planning on working remotely). Communication from the host was excellent at all times.
