Ce condo de location de vacances de trois chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain est une unité finale à la lisière du complexe avec une vue magnifique sur la forêt. A l'entrée de ce condo vous vous retrouverez dans la chambre principale, avec son lit Queen et sa salle de bain complète privée. Si vous atteignez le salon principal, vous arrivez dans la salle à manger qui se trouve juste à côté de la cuisine bien équipée. Le salon a beaucoup de lumière et de sièges, il dispose d'une grande cheminée en pierre. Il y a un accès au pont par une porte coulissante en verre. Idéal pour se détendre ou faire un barbecue avec votre groupe. Il y a Wifi et câble dans l'unité. L'étage inférieur contient les deux chambres d'hôtes. L'un avec un lit Qeen et l'autre a un jumeau sur un lit superposé complet .. La buanderie à ce niveau ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète partagée. Les commodités du propriétaire de la maison comprenaient une piscine, un club-house, deux saunas avec salles de bains, des courts de tennis et un terrain de beach-volley (ouvert en été uniquement). Près d'excellentes randonnées, des plages publiques, des pistes cyclables et de la ville de Tahoe pour manger, faire du shopping et se divertir. En hiver, il se trouve à courte distance en voiture de Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows et Homewood.

The property was clean and everything was working. No issues with the inside of the property. There was an odder on the outside by the front door when we checked in, never did figure out what it was though. Before renting I would check on power outages in the area before renting. The first day we checked in at 4:00PM, around 5:45 PM the power went out and was out till midnight, so no supper. The Power company had supposedly turned off the power due to wildfires in the Reno area. Uncontrollable issue but something to think about when spending this kind of money to sit in the dark. The next day all was good, we spent a nice day touring around the Lake in a boat just site seeing.

Perfect family getaway

We had a very good experience staying at Mak’s place in Tahoe City. The communication with O’Neal’s property management was very good. The condo is a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. Getting into the condo from the parking lot was very easy. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again.

Tahoe Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, our stay at this three-bedroom Tahoe rental was very disappointing. Both bathrooms had visible mold, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the unit. The carpets were extremely worn and had multiple dirty and stained areas that made the place feel unclean.The unit was also poorly equipped. There were not enough chairs for everyone, and the balcony had no chairs or table at all, which made it impossible to comfortably enjoy the outdoor space.Overall, the cleanliness, condition, and lack of basic furnishings were far below what we expected. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others

Well-kept, older property; would rent it again

The three bedrooms accommodated four of us, one couple and two single people, easily; it would work well for two couples in two bedrooms and one or two people in the room with bunk beds, depending on their agility. The two bathrooms are basic but fully functional, in particular, with plenty of hot water for our showers. The included nightlights make it easy to get around the night. The kitchen was well-equipped, but if you have kitchen tools you absolutely want to have, bring them (e.g., a Thermapen, in our case). There was a small amount of random pantry items, such as salt and pepper. Cleanup was easy with the provided soap, sponge, dishwasher, etc. The dining/living area was comfortable. The animal heads on the walls lend it some hunting-lodge character. N. Lake Blvd. is nearby, so there is quite a bit of traffic noise if you open windows or go out on the deck. The windows block the noise well, though. To summarize, everything worked well for the four of us on our spring-skiing trip. I would rent this property again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are animal heads and antlers everywhere. Temperature is hard to get right. Turned on the heat because it was cold on 1st floor, but too hot upstairs. WiFi was turned off at midnight and I thought it was just a glitch. Never came back on, we couldn’t call to let them know because we had no phone access. I was also never emailed a confirmation so didn’t have code to get into property. I had to go drive back to office to get code as phone I didn’t have internet access. The sheets in one of the room was musty, I think the room was not used so they didn’t make up the bed. We also were left dirty underwear in top drawer.

Excellent location, close to everything Tahoe City has to offer, property was nicely prepared with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom off the primary bedroom had a weird odor that was noticeable our entire stay and unfortunately the clubhouse was under some sort of renovation so we were unable to use the sauna.

We only needed 2 bedrooms but this condo had three and beds to sleep 7. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed. The kitchen was a real surprise in that it had good cookware, large serving pieces for multiple diners, adequate dishes and glassware, and although a galley kitchen, we made it work. My only complaint was there was an infestation of carpenter ants. Coming from MS I am used to bugs but felt they could have an extermination company come in to deal with this.

Very clean, but hard with little kids

Pros: house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was easy. Cons: windows in kids room were low to the ground, so we had to close them at night for fear of bears, but this made the rooms super hot. Fans would have been great. Also, the property is near a busy street, so very noisy. Staircase is a hazard for littles, so would have appreciated warning. Wi-Fi did not work.

I saw the pictures, but I didn’t realize just HOW MUCH taxidermy this place has. Not my cup of tea. But otherwise a lovely stay and would recommend if that doesn’t bother you.
