Welcome to our newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in Norwalk, CT! Ideally located just minutes from top dining spots, The SoNo Collection, the Maritime Aquarium, the train station, Norwalk Hospital, and more, this stylish retreat offers both convenience and comfort. Featuring high ceilings and elegant hardwood floors, the spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is fully equipped to provide a true home-away-from-home experience. Please note that access requires climbing two flights of stairs.

Please note this is a smoke-free apartment. Pets are welcomed we just ask our guests to be mindful of any damages caused by them as well as we do ask that you bring their bedding and a cover if possible. Also please keep your pet on a leash while they're outside. Please note we will ask you to disclose total number of guests and pets. Guest who reserved the apartment must be present for the check in. Failure to follow our house results will result in additional fees. No flushing garbage, feminine products, and toilet paper down the toilet. Please keep in mind that this rental is not intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay.

No pets allowed on furniture, if excessive amount of fur is found on the sofas and bed you will be charged for a dry cleaning fee.

-Failure to disclose a pet: $75 fine
-Events/Parties: $150 fine and removal from property
-Smoking: $100 fine and removal from property
-Missing towels/linens: fined per item
-Missing silverware/cookware: fined per item
