This was BY FAR the easiest rental I have done with VRBO. Communications with the host are easy and responses come quickly! The home has several great features that I wasn’t aware of ahead of time: multiple HVAC zones and heated bathroom floors among others. Garage access with a remote and two bays. And a rooftop deck with a beautiful view of Long Island Sound and the surrounding area.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was perfectly located right across the street from the beach and just minutes from all the best restaurants in Fairfield and nearby Westport for great shopping and even more dining options. The owners were extremely responsive and answered every question we had promptly. We loved that every room had its own balcony — such a nice touch for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The neighborhood was peaceful, and all the neighbors were so friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was honestly one of the best houses I've ever stayed at! I'm normally one to cut my vacation short if I feel the house is less than sanitary, but I could've stayed in this house for a month. The house was very clean, with a tastefully upscale and modern vibe, and the views of the beach from every bedroom was spectacular. The posted pictures are nice, but seeing the house in person was truly impressive.We stayed at this location to make daily trips to New York City during our vacation, and with the train station being only 6 minutes away, it was beyond convenient both day and night for someone unfamiliar to the area. We didn't have a chance to set foot on the beach, but I believe there was easy access to get there. I do hope this house is available for our next visit to the area, because I wouldn't even look for a 2nd option if it is.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this beautiful coastal home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated with fresh, modern, beachy touches, and feels brand new. There are views from every window! The location couldn’t be better—just steps to South Pine Creek beach, and close to downtown Fairfield. The neighborhood is charming to walk around and the neighbors were quiet and friendly.The owners were wonderful and so accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which made our arrival stress-free. Every detail of the house was thoughtfully done and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of extras like paper towels, baggies, garbage bags, coffee, tea, etc.This is truly a 10/10 experience—we couldn’t have asked for more. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

In town to check out Fairfield University

We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. All levels were tastefully decorated, the house was clean, well lit, and included all modern amenities. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to stay here again. One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed at near the beach.

I had a wonderful week with my family at this beautiful house. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The decor was tasteful, the kitchen was well-equipped, the beds very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the Sound from the upper floors and the beach was literally a 2 minute walk from the house. The property manager made himself available for anything we might need during our stay. We would definitely rent this property again.

Most lovely VRBO yet

We stayed with family at this lovely home for my son’s graduation and Mother’s Day. The home is even nicer than the pictures- everything is top notch. It’s one block from a nice beach with lovely views from many of the rooms. We would love to come back and stay!
