âPorvoroseâ is a lovely Caribbean-styled villa nestled on a 0.5-acre parcel amongst beautiful tropical gardens. Enjoy unsurpassed views overlooking Falmouth Harbour. This three bedroom, three bathroom 3800 sq. ft. villa is ideally located just minutes from historic English Harbour
Located in Roses Estate, Porvorose sits on 0.5 acres with truly magnificent views over Falmouth and the South coast of Antigua. The property is accessed by a private driveway off the access road with a double car port and ample parking spaces for several cars. The entrance is through a shady courtyard to the open plan main level living and dining area. The Villa has three bedrooms in total with two bedrooms and two bathrooms up and a self-contained one-bedroom apartment down. The priority is rented out as a two (upstairs) or a three bedroomed villa (upstairs plus the one bedroom studio apartment downstairs).

Steps lead down to the lower level self-contained, one-bedroom cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Louvred doors open wide to create an indoor-outdoor feel and there is a private patio for relaxing and enjoying outdoor dining.
Attractive stone steps and walkway lead you leisurely to the tasteful gardens. The garden features mature plantings and a large variety of tropical trees and flowering shrubs. Enjoy a peaceful moment reading your favourite book. Or simply delight in admiring the surroundings of this serene and soothing space.
There is a standby generator in case of a cut in government power supply, and a fresh water cistern. The entrance courtyard has a utility room equipped with washing machine and clothes drying area.
