QUIET HOURS are between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please keep your noise levels low during these times.

We always provide basic amenities as a starter pack, including hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. However, for long-stay bookings, any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest. Please note that our amenities are available to all our guests unless they are closed due to maintenance.

You will find a security camera outside the apartment door on the lockpad for security purposes. Please note the camera does not capture any footage inside the unit. If you're bringing an additional guest or if any unauthorized person will be staying in the unit, there is a fee of $50 per night per additional guest and the guests are required to share a picture of their ID for every booking.

Late checkouts are subject to availability, unauthorized late checkout will result in $60/hour.
