The Space:
Welcome to Amachen Cabin where space will never be an issue at this amazing Tahoe home! This home sleeps 8 of your closest family and friends and can park up to 4 cars max. The owners bought this land and built this home several years ago. The kids can all be downstairs while the adults gather upstairs and enjoy wine or a movie. Come be apart of this family abode!

SENSITIVE PIPES
This home has a sump pump system which is very sensitive to anything other than toilet paper so please let everyone in your party know not to flush anything other than toilet paper.
Do not flush the following: All wipes even âflushableâ wipes, tissue, tampons, pads, paper towels, trash, floss, Q-tips, etc. All of this goes in the garbage!
PET FEE
There is a $35/day pet fee per dog. 2 dogs max. Please contact as after you book to pay this fee. Thank you!
PET RULES
1. 2 Dogs max - unless otherwise approved.
2. Must pick up all poop or there may be a clean up charge.
3. Do not leave pet unattended unless in a crate (this is when damage happens).
4. Keep dogs leashed while on walks in the neighborhood.
5. Keep pets off furniture and bedding or there may be a pet hair removal charge.
6. Please do your best to wipe your pets paws when they come inside to avoid carpet stains.
**You are responsible for any and all pet related damage including carpet cleans and door scratch repair.
TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE
The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come!
1. The hot tub cannot be used after 10pm (if this home has one)
2. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
3. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
4. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
5. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this ownerâs permit we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave this home. This is a very rare occurrence and one we hate doing so we do our best to warn our guests before it comes to this.
6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits.
Interaction with Guests:
You will check in by going right to the home using our keyless entry system. Your door code is the last 4 digits of your booking phone number followed by the check mark button that will activate at 4pm. Make sure to pull the door toward you when you put the code in to ensure the deadbolt is aligned. We have a 24 hour customer care team and a local team available during business hours.
