Enjoy the area's most popular trails within walking distance of this 3BR beauty. A stunning wall of windows brings the pine forest inside as a backdrop in the great room. Heavenly Ski Resort and the lake are just over 4 miles away. The home features a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances and a back patio for alfresco dining.

The open-concept great room is perfect for family time, with a comfy sectional for 6 and extra cushions near the fireplace. Enjoy watching a movie on the 48" HDTV after a day on the slopes or the lake. The gourmet kitchen with granite slab counters, Wolf Range cooktop and double ovens is every chef's dream. Three bar chairs at the kitchen counter are great for visiting. The large dining area seats 8.

The back patio overlooks the landscaped lawn with a gas grill, table for 4, and 2 lounge chairs. The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, a romantic gas fireplace, and a mounted big screen TV. The attached bathroom has two sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. BR 3 upstairs is an open loft with a full-over-queen bunk bed and views of the pines. BR 2 has a queen-size Murphy bed with easy access to the jetted tub bathroom. BR2, the bathroom, and the great room are on the entry level with a small 2 steps required for access. The family room downstairs is a great hangout for kids with a chalk wall, 55" Smart TV, PlayStation, and games, plus an expanding couch for movie night.

It was a great property for families especially those with pets. Location is also great. The only problem is the heat in August - it was difficult to fall asleep without AC in the house even with all the windows open and fans on full blast, however, other than that, it was a lovely place.

Great Stay

The home was lovely, well maintained and great for my family. The location was close enough to everything to be convenient but tucked away enough to feel like you're not in a city. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Great Tahoe Cabin

Our family loved staying here for a week. Perfect location, room for everyone, and pet friendly were all features that we liked. The cabin was well stocked with essentials and made cooking meals a breeze. Would love to stay there again.

Great Family Home

We just finished our 8 day/7 night stay at this great home. Our family of 6 was more than comfortable in this 3 bedroom with a loft home. The kitchen is very well stocked & the management company is great to deal with. The home is 5 min from Heavenly & 10 min to stateline. We would definitely book again.

Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration. For future guests to know, the king and trundle bed are brand new at the home and our team has inspected all other mattresses to make sure no other replacements are needed. Enjoyable and Relaxing Stay

We had wonderful time and a relaxing stay at this rental home. The house was clean and well furnished, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were very good, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked, we had what we needed to make dinners and breakfast. The backyard was perfect, we played in the snow with our two dogs and they loved it. We were impressed with the Property management (RnR Vacation Rentals) by their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Beautiful home

The home was nice, with plenty of room space for privacy. Loved the kitchen! I would suggest a different rug by the deck; the current one seems to have an odor of wet feet.

Amazing home

The home was super comfortable also a huge like was the showers usually homes don’t have good showers. The space, the living room and the small bar table by the couch was a 2 thumbs up. Dog space was amazing and they have so many items for dogs incase something was forgotten to take to the vacation!

Bros on the go

Had a great time with two other friends. House is very nice with close proximity to everything we wanted to do in South Lake Tahoe. We would consider renting this house in the future when we visit South Lake Tahoe. RnR Vacation Rental was available and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Great Service!

Clean and well cared for

House was in good shape, very clean and spacious. Only complaint was that the pool table was a little rough but still playable. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking it would be worth it to take your own knife set as the provided ones are very dull.

The house had plenty of space, including a beautiful kitchen, expansive dining area, and ample seating in the living room. The beds were very comfortable with quality mattresses, allowing everyone to rest comfortably.Accommodations for our dog worked well and the dog run gave her some space as well. A well stocked kitchen and nicely appointed baths made this one of our best VRBO experiences. The parking restrictions made it a challenge to have guests join us for dinners, but that seems to be a community policy issue.

We apologize that the epic snowstorm over your dates impacted your stay so harshly. The entire city was experiencing power outages and monumental snow complications. For future guests to note, we prepare our homes for extreme weather conditions by providing lanterns under the kitchen sink in the event of power outage, and snow shovels and ice melt if you need to shovel your way out of the home and driveway. We’re so glad to hear you still had a great time outside of the storm Isabel!

The house was clean and tastefully decorated, just as described. We didn’t try the jacuzzi bathtub but the showers in both bathrooms were wonderful after a day of Spring skiing. The location off the Pioneer Trail was convenient - just a short drive away from South Tahoe attractions. We will definitely come back again.

Communication was terrific and convenient (via email and/or text). We had one slight hiccup with an appliance but they alerted us and rectified the situation before we even checked in. Home was just as pictured. Would definitely stay here again.
