Fantastic home with partial lake views, big deck for corn hole, spa was clean and great, close to coffee shop, golf, casinos, dining! Quite street with a beautiful setting. Host was great!

Well stocked kitchen for meal preparation. Lots of space in the house. Downstairs shower/ steamer was wonderful. Negatives: hot tub and fireplace were not working. Too many stairs for older guests.

The host was great and very responsive in communication. Overall we loved our stay hence the five stars. We had a few things that could be fixed to improve it for the future guests. The hot tub was working but was missing head pads and some jets weren't working.The kitchen had a lot of utensils, cookware and plates and we found everything working except the center grill on the stovetop and for some reason we had a weird experience with the dishwasher and garbage disposal. It didn't work but I eventually found the switch and it worked. The switch isn't near the sink, it's on the wall that the kitchen shares with the garage. The poker table was a beautiful touch and we enjoyed it immensely but the top was wobbly with any amount of pressure. Me and my friends always love a good billiards table when we get away and this one is in decent shape but the side rails need to be tightened and the table needs to be releveled. The best thing about the house was the fireplace which created a warm atmosphere with the big screen TV and the bathrooms were very nice.

I appreciate the detailed notes — they’re really helpful. I’ve passed them to maintenance to address before the next guests: replace hot tub head pads and repair jets; inspect the stovetop center burner; troubleshoot the dishwasher/garbage disposal and relabel or make the switch easier to find; secure the poker table top; and tighten/level the pool table rails. We’d love to host you again on a future visit.
