Stunning 45 sqm one-bedroom loft in Roma Norte, CDMX. Open-plan, with the living and sleeping areas sharing one space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a king bed. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave, heating, a washer, a dryer, and Wi-Fi. The building has lift access, a doorman and a private entrance.



The Space:

The apartment has one bathroom.



There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and room-darkening shades in the bedroom.



The full kitchen comes with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. The apartment has a washer and a dryer. There is a workspace.



The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water. Heating throughout the apartment.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Located in the heart of Roma Norte, it's just a three-minute walk from the iconic Plaza Río de Janeiro and a short walk from some of the best restaurants in town, including Máximo Bistrot, Rosetta, and Lalo, as well as countless independent cafés and local boutiques.

The apartment was cozy and well laid out. There were lots of storage spaces for clothes, etc. There is a manned 24 hour desk with a security door to enter the building. Three minor complaints were: - VRBO listing stated a king bed. Apartment had a queen. Need to change listing. - Apartment door was very glitchy. Hard to open and lock. - Lots of street noise. Apartment building next to busy street. Had to use earplugs some nights

Excellent stay and outstanding value. The apartment is exactly as pictured on Vrbo—clean, bright, modern, well-stocked, and even includes a washer/dryer.Communication was top-notch throughout. Juan was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I especially appreciated that they arranged transportation to and from the airport, which made my first trip to Mexico City completely stress-free from arrival to departure.The building and neighborhood felt very safe, and the doormen were consistently kind, polite, and attentive. There’s also great coffee and pastries just a block away, which was a nice bonus.Check-out couldn’t have been easier—just message Juan and leave. No need to take out trash, separate recycling, strip the bed, or wash towels, as the cleaning team handles everything.One small note: as another reviewer mentioned, the bed is a queen size.If you’re on the fence, book it. The apartment is beautiful, the service is excellent, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location and ease of access to all of Roma Norte! The place was nice, clean and welcoming!The only surprise was that it was indicated that it had a king size bed but it was a very comfortable queen size. Checking in and out was very easy and the staff at the door were very helpful.
