The property was exactly as described and in a wonderful, secluded location. Everything was clean and communication with Denise was easy and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking this beautiful stay!

Super clean! And so nice. My favorite part was the sunroom. Such a relaxing place. And Denise and Jerry are both such sweet people. We loved our time there, and can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely as advertised. This place is amazing. Secluded enough for privacy but close enough to the city to faintly hear the train horn at Dollywood. The kitchen has everything. The wrap around porch and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. We loved having all we needed on the first floor. The sunroom is perfect for breakfast and the coffee bar is a very nice touch. Will absolutely be returning to this impressive home.

Lovely, clean, and spatious home with nice scenery, and great amenities. The sunroom is a great addition, they have a very nice gas grill, we enjoyed multiple fires with the gas fire pit, and we thought the location was great especially if you go to Dollywood. Generally we like being off Veterans Blvd and not right on the main drag so it was a great spot for us. I didn't get to use the jacuzzi but that looked nice as well. Loved all the coffee and espresso cup machines. Denise and Jerry communicate promptly if you have any issues. I would definitely stay again. One addition to make, real glass wine glasses.

Loved the glass room and all the space. So many places to have some coffee and relax. Since it's gated, you feel even more safe. Place was very modern and grate for the whole family and perfect distance to be away from the crazyness, but not take long to get there. Love our stay!

The house was very clean and welcoming. The host was very easy to co tact and communicate with especially when the security system decided to have a mind of it's own during a thunderstorm. Something I didn't know before I booked, was that unless you want to pay additional for trash removal you have to drive your trash to the dump yourself. We were only there for 3 nights and there were only 3 of us. Had we had 6 or 7 people in the house for a week, I'm not sure I would have wanted to put that kind of trash in my SUV to drive it to the dump. That would honestly be my only drawback to renting this house again. The area was beautiful and quiet, yet we were very close to downtown Pigeon Forge. Overall I would rate the experience 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Recently the county started charging our housekeeping a fee for local license plates to help control the trash. However out of state plates can drop off the trash for free. I give guests an option to either pay their fee or take the trash for free. đŸ€·â€â™€ïž

Everything about this house and host were amazing! The privacy you have is tremendous, just you and the nature around you. Super close to everything and there is so much to do just 10-15 minute drive. The master bedroom bed so comfortable and you have direct access to the hot tub out the sliding door in she master bedroom as well as the enclosed viewing area room which is a real treat. The old school arcade games were a ton of fun!!! Over 300 different games to choose from!! The host was great easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again anytime we came to visit this area. Very clean house, great amenities and wonderful location.

Beautifully furnished and very comfortable rooms. The glass room off the master bedroom was great. We sat there and had coffee and breakfast. Watched 20 turkeys feeding on the hillside. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything we needed to cook with. We prepared a full thanksgiving feast. We will be back. Thanks

Quick family vacation for the 4th

We wanted place close to dolly, and easy to navigate pigeon forge. Great location within 5 mins of dolly and 5 mins of grocery store that was clean and had anything u would need for stay. The hosts were easy to talk to and were quick to respond. The house was clean and had everything plus some for your atay. Recommend it for anyone and will b coming back if its available at that time. Thanks again for the stay

Watt a great secluded location, plenty of parking for a couple of trailers for something like boats and jeeps. This house has it all! Dual coffee stations, a sun room, well supplied kitchen, and A SLEEP NUMBER BED. The water has great pressure and gets nice and hot. Well appointed deck area with a natural gas grill and a new hot tub. Gated driveway and really close to Dollywood. No sitting in lines to get into the park when yousdtay here. We will stay here again soon.

What a wonderful home! Pictures really do not do it justice. This home away from home was so peaceful and comfortable! Comfortable, high quality furniture both inside and out. It is truly secluded and private. This was our 6th trip to the area and the first time my husband and I have both been completely happy with the rental. I took video and pictures from the glass room of a black bear who decided to pay us a visit one morning. It was amazing! We will definitely be booking this amazing retreat when we come back to the area.

Traveled with family. Location was perfect as we were visiting Dollywood and the home was less than 10 minutes away. The home was perfect for our party of 6. The furniture and beds were comfortable. My teen son slept on the pull out bed in the office. My teen niece slept on the pull out couch downstairs. The hot tub was a nice addition that we didn’t expect. We didn’t use the grill or outdoor seating, but it was very nice. Communication with the host, Denise, was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend!

Our stay was incredible! The location of the property was secluded enough that we were able to enjoy fireflies in the evening and some wildlife but we were only 8-10 minutes from the parkway! The house itself was incredible. All of the appliances were updated, the furniture and furnishings were beautiful, and everything was very clean! My kids (11, 9, and 5) enjoyed hanging out in the basement area and playing games and my husband and I enjoyed the sleep number bed in the upstairs room! The enclosed glass room was my favorite part of the house! My husband and I enjoyed our coffee there in the mornings and we played games out there in the evening as a family. The wrap around deck and hot tub were another added joy! My husband and daughter enjoyed breakfast out there multiple mornings. The host is very communicative and friendly and we just really enjoyed our week!
