The closet in the bunk bedroom contains the kids furniture (two high chairs, foldable crib, two safety gates, and when needed, an air mattress with bedding and pump). The downstairs bathroom has a tub, sink, and toilet.

The upstairs patio provides a comfortable couch with one arm chairs, two lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a high table with 4 chairs to enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while feeling the breeze and enjoying the amazing views
On the entrance floor there is a outdoor shower and a garage that has all the equipment you need for the beach, like beach chairs, beach beds, sand toys, life jacket and kids floaties, boogie board, ninja tent and a beach cart to bring all this with you to the beach.
