Nouvellement rénové 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain Wrightsville Beach duplex qui est à quelques pas de la plage! Plan d'étage ouvert rejoint salon, salle à manger et cuisine dans un espace ludique confortable. Sièges pour 6+ dans la salle à manger. écran plat LCD TV dans chaque chambre. allée Généreux + carport avec parking pour 3-4 véhicules. Douche extérieure fermée. Petit espace vert fermé à l'arrière est parfait pour les animaux de compagnie! Côté droit du duplex (Shore Thing) a également 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 6 couchages et peut être disponible pour les grands groupes à louer pour les mêmes dates.

INCLUS: produits WIFI, nettoyage, cuisine entièrement équipée, papier et tous les draps, y compris toute la literie + bain + serviettes de plage pour vous épargner les tracas / coûts de les louer séparément (200-300 $ + valeur)! Lorsque vous arrivez, les lits seront faits avec croquants, des draps et des ensembles complets de serviettes moelleuses seront disponibles. vélos de plage, glacière, panier de plage et accessoires de plage sont également fournis pour votre plaisir.

** Parfois, quelques heures supplémentaires peuvent faire une grande différence, surtout lors de la préparation pour un rassemblement ou la planification autour des vols d'avion. Super comfortable and great location!

We spent our spring break on Wrightsville Beach with 3 kids and a dog. The house is in an amazing location, steps from the beach, close walking access to the walking loop. Beach supplies were great.,,sand toys, chairs, bikes, towels. Really well done!

Great stay at the beach!

Overall the location and property were perfect! It was great having both bedrooms with private bathrooms. The amenities provided, like beach accessories, really made the stay easier and more enjoyable. We did have one small issue that was taken care of instantly by SeaScape properties. They were extremely responsive and great to work with.

Great Vacation

Great get away spot

Decent place to stay.

The basics were covered. Bathroom for one of bedrooms was a bit small and cramped. Dog yard was not as expected, so didn’t use. It was a small, fenced patch of dirt. Be prepared to walk your dog on the beach, unless it’s in the summer when they’re not allowed on the beach itself. Overall though, we were comfortable there, and would rent again.

I loved the back patio and the front porch.The linen supply was good, but the beach towels and accessories were GREAT. There was some shrubbery too close to the driveway that should be moved to avoid scratching cars. The bathtub plumbing needs to be updated. The low pressure could just be a beach factor. However, the diverter did not work, nor was there a stopper for the tub.

A sunny vacation at Sunny Side Up

Our original vacation time frame was during hurricane Dorian and the management company moved our dates for us. I appreciated the extra items (towels, linens, paper towels. cleaning supplies) that were supplied. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. The location and cleanliness of the property was great. The property had a few condition/maintenance issues that should be addressed (dead tree in the back yard, peeling exterior paint) but did not affect our vacation stay. I would stay again!

Beach Weekend

Overall functional unit-definitely no frills. Very clean except for bathtub. Proximity to beach made up for any Lack of attention to details: Bathroom tub needs a rehaul-surface is discolored and had a film of soap residue. No shampoo, conditioner or shower soap. Beds and towels were clean. Good AC but living room fan not responding to remote control. BBQ pilot light not working and no lighter available. Good amount of beach accessories-chairs, etc. However only 4 beach towels provided for unit that sleeps 6.

Nice to stay in a Duplex and walk to Ocean

Reviewer Comments: The property was very clean when we arrived and was supplied with everything we needed. Only a few houses down from the beach, so easy walk over. On a friendly street which was quiet after 10:00p.m. and could walk to shops and restaurants. The wagon for taking to the beach had rusted wheel, so really couldn't use it and the washer/dryer are a model which you had to "set" either wash or dry, so could not be washing a load and drying another so took twice as long. Other than that, things were good. Clean, convenient and full of towels!!

Not worth the money

Do not waste your money on this one. The only positive on this rental was the location, however; it has many more negatives than positives. First, the management company sends multiple “automated” reminders to you, however; does not respond to back if you make a request. When you call the management company, the representatives are not customer oriented in the least. The property is run-down and needs a complete refresh. The bathroom tub was clogged, the towel bar fell off the wall and the overall cleanliness was fair at best. The property is advertised at $189/night, however; they add in a $500 service fee, $200 pet fee, $150 cleaning fee, making it in reality over $400/night. Not worth it.

Stayed here for 12 days for a work trip. Great central location, just a few blocks from the bridge and a very easy/short walk to the beach. It's not fancy, but it's clean, convenient, and has all the essentials and a little more. Perfect for what I needed. The mattresses are quite firm, but other than that it's a cozy little place. Great communication with the property manager with very prompt response times. Would stay here again!

Icy comfort

We stayed at the property over three days, two of which were dominated by a January ice storm. We had a lovely time, nonetheless and think everything about the property was as advertises. Many thanks for a great listing.

Wrightsville Beach Trip

The only problem was that the property was very cold when we arrived. The heat did not work but management worked hard to get it up and running again, so it turned out just fine.
