The property is in a great location! Convenient to night life in Wrightsville and close to UNCW campus. Room was super clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again!

Nice clean room, three minute walk to the beach, elevator (which is important) great parking! Good for weekend trip! If you feel the need to make a gourmet meal every night, kitchen might be too small for that, but otherwise, great restaurants and shopping nearby, and overall felt all guests in building were quite cordial to each other. :)

It was as perfect as they said it would be!

Had a great time staying at Summer Sands. Rooms were clean, staff was amazing, they were very responsive with any questions I had. Beach was right across the street and bars and restaurants up the block. I would definitely come back again and stay a little longer. You won’t be disappointed if you go with Summer Sands!!!

Our stay was great! Easy to locate, accessibility to beach and other area activities was easy. The property managers were highly communicative and engaged at the property. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was there were gnats in the room. Not an infestation, in fact only a few, yet enough to be bothersome.I would definitely stay at this property again.

The unit was clean but there was a distinct odor (my husband thought is was pet urine/odor). We tried airing the place out but at night when we closed sliding door, the odor was overwhelming. My husband was nauseous and I coughed and sneezed all night. We could not stay after the first night and notified rental office that we were leaving at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. We did not shower nor did we leave any trash. We just left as soon as we could.We are waiting to hear back for a refund for the days that we were not there.

Excellent location, excellent property manager, thanks Tracey. TV was an issue for the first few days, Tracey had to google to get it fixed, no directions for tv in unit, that could have been a huge problem as we would have asked to switch to another unit. The vinyl sofa was not comfortable. Only had service for three in kitchen. Everything else ok.
