The Enclave 901 is a luxurious beach-front condominium located in Orange Beach, AL, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Situated on the 9th floor, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit sleeps 8 and features a wrap-around balcony with an unobstructed eastern view, allowing you to fully enjoy the beauty of the coastline.

Each of the three bedrooms is designed for ultimate comfort, with its own full bathroom and closet. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower as well as a separate Jacuzzi jetted tub—perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach. One of the guest rooms features 2 full-size beds, while the other has a queen-sized bed. All rooms are equipped with their own flat-screen TVs with cable, ensuring everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or movies.

The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing fresh local seafood or your favorite vacation dishes. With all major appliances, including a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker, you'll have everything you need to feel at home. There’s also a blender for crafting cool, refreshing drinks to enjoy by the pool or on the balcony.

The Enclave 901 provides the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views for an unforgettable vacation experience. Whether you're enjoying a meal with family and friends or relaxing on the balcony, this condo offers the ideal setting for a beach getaway.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
If your reservation is between March 1st - September 30th, you will need to purchase your parking pass(es) from the security guard on-site at The Enclave upon arrival. If your reservation is between October 1st - February 28th, you will receive two free parking pass. Your parking passes will be in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter of your unit upon your arrival. Please be aware that parking can be limited during holidays and peak seasons.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years or older. Valid photo identification is required to verify age and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Family Vacation

There is NO parking for this resort. For some shortsighted reason you receive 2 passes however there is only 1 spot per condo (NOT guaranteed). Going out to dinner, exploring OB, leaving becomes too stressful. Worst resort we've stayed in 15 years.

We had a wonderful time! The beach is gorgeous and pools were a blast! There was a nice family atmosphere. We had a small leak in the ceiling coming from the condo above but maintenance was very prompt about taking care of it. We loved Orange Beach!

Spacious condo

We really enjoyed our stay! Lots of space and wonderful location. Things to improve: master bed mattress is terrible and needs to be replaced, caved in on one side. Cleaners are not doing a great job, floors were very dirty and my sons white socks were black within an hour of being there, sand on the floor, baseboards need cleaning and an inch of dust on ceiling fans as well as mildew on master bedroom window. Washing machine doesn’t spin on some cycles and is very loud, needs to be replaced. Very nice place, but a few things could make it a great place!

Beautiful condo!

Stunning condo with gorgeous beach views! Excellent layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Great location! Beautiful restaurant 10 min walk away on the beach! Would have like some basics thst we didn’t have to buy.. salt and pepper, cooking oil etc. Lots of towels! Would highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo!

We enjoyed our stay during our fall break vacation. We had an issue where a remote was missing from one of the bedrooms. They replaced it the very next day. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

A view for miles

We were very comfortable, with 4 beds and 3 baths for 7 people (2 were teens). ‘Had to photograph the sunrise from the balcony each morning—spectacular!! The inside decor was so nice. We cooked each day and it was enjoyable in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen. What a great time with family!

Great place to stay. My only complaint is there was no warning about the parking. There were more cars than parking spots. I was displeased That my only options were to park across the street or pay 45$ a night for parking at the hotel down the street.

Overall, Good Condo

The condo is spacious and well decorated. The view is amazing!! It really needs a good, thorough cleaning. For the most part, the furniture is pretty tired. We enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach.

Great except TV situation.

I did not like that Roku TVs were all that is in the bedrooms. The living room is the only area where we could see current newscasts and bowl games being played. If this is possible on the Roku TVs then instructions should be given to the guests.

Fall Break

We really enjoyed our fall break stay at the Enclave. We absolutely loved the pool. Overall, the condo was very clean and had tons of room for storage. My only complaints would be the entrance door did not shut well and the master bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable. We would stay here again.

Loved the place

I had a wonderful stay at this condo through! The location was absolutely perfect, especially for our teens. They could easily walk across the street to grab ice cream or visit Walmart, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of the condo was its size and spaciousness. It provided ample room for everyone, allowing us to relax comfortably during our stay. What impressed us the most was that every room had its own full bathroom, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. This feature truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts of the condo were fantastic in terms of communication. They were responsive and helpful, making sure that our check-in process was smooth and stress-free. However, there were a few minor hiccups with the property management company that affected our overall experience. When we arrived early, I reached out to inquire about the estimated time of availability. Unfortunately, the response I received from the property management company was a bit grumpy, which left a slightly negative impression. Thankfully, we were able to check in early at 3 PM, but upon entering the condo, we noticed that the counters were full of sand. While this might not have been a significant issue on its own, the previous grumpy response to my inquiry made it more noticeable and somewhat disappointing. Overall good experience.

Wonderful Vacation Rental in Orange Beach

We had a fabulous time. The rental unit was clean and well supplied. Great communication from the management company. We enjoyed the beachfront and a short drive for the golfers in my family. I did read reviews regarding the parking on the property. We had no problems. We did uber on the 4th just in case there was an issue. Getting an Uber was very easy and fairly priced. Looking forward to visiting again in the future!

condo is lovely and spacious, property management and security are not customer focused. there isn't enough parking to accommodate a full building and we were told our only option was to park several hotels away and walk our 4 kids back. one elevator was broken the majority of the stay, hard to work around on the 9th floor.

Great Location and view bedtime was uncomfortable

Loved everything about the location of the condo loved how easy it was to access everything. I had Read several reviews that mentioned the broken balcony doors and was prepared for that. Also read several about how lumpy the beds were and thought for sure they would’ve been fixed. Nope!!! Half the beds are lumpy or have a huge dip in the middle!!! A good nights sleep was not had for myself the entire time as I was in the master the guest that stayed in the double bedroom alternated the beds so they weren’t all continuously sleeping in the dip in the middle of the mattress
 that’s the only reason I gave this place three stars you want a good night sleep on vacation please change the mattresses!!!!
