RESORT REGISTRATION: To access the inside amenities, you must register with the resort. After your booking is confirmed you will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration process. Please follow these instructions to ensure access to all amenities upon arrival. Must be completed 48 hours prior to arrival.
VEHICLE PARKING: Parking at the Pointe is complimentary for all of our guests. There are handicap accessible spots available first come first serve.
TRAILER AND BOAT PARKING: Trailer and boat parking is available through the resort at an additional charge. You can register for parking during check-in.
BEACH TOWELS: we provide bath towels ONLY, so be sure to bring your own beach towels for the lake, pools, and hot tubs. We also recommend bringing beach chairs for lounging on the sand, but some are available first come first serve in the beach area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
