Pente douce, baignade sécuritaire, pas de Wake Cove! Wifi, kayaks, canoë, pédalo.

Dans un NO WAKE COVE avec un terrain en pente douce! WIFI rapide inclus! Nous avons récemment acheté cette maison et avons peint et mis à jour le mobilier. Il est propre et confortable avec beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde! C'est dans un emplacement parfait au milieu du lac, près du parc d'État au marqueur R-21.

À l'intérieur, vous trouverez des draps et une décoration neufs, des meubles confortables et des appareils de cuisine neufs. Il y a beaucoup à faire pour occuper tout le monde un jour de pluie ou après le coucher du soleil. Il y a 4 nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat avec Direct TV, wifi illimité, un baby-foot et une table de air hockey.

Dehors, ça ne fait que s'améliorer! C'est pour ça que vous venez au lac! Immense terrasse neuve avec de nombreux sièges et une grande zone de grillade. Le pont a une vue imprenable sur la crique et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Il y a une pente douce vers le quai que même les grands-parents peuvent faire, avec un chemin tout au long. Il y a un coin salon couvert sur le quai, un flotteur avec beaucoup d'espace pour attacher un bateau et de l'eau PROFONDE. Le quai est niché juste à l'intérieur d'une zone sans sillage, ce qui le rend idéal pour la baignade et le kayak. Nouvellement ajouté cette année, foyer extérieur!

La limite d'occupation est fixée à 6 en raison des limitations du permis de location du comté de Bedford.

We had a lovely time at this lake home celebrating my son’s graduation. The home has plenty of space and beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock and the deck. Such a special place and glad we found it. We would love to return again one day.

The location is perfect if you want a lake house off the beaten path down a gravel road. The view is lovely, the fishing and swimming were ideal with a pristine lake. Communication with the owner went well as we had a breaker issue with downstairs lights that was quickly mitigated. Main complaint was big ants in both kitchen and bathroom. Not one or two, but many. There were also spiders and webs and a noticeable amount of stink bugs scattered throughout out the house. Would have been nice to get a warning of new house construction next door which started banging at 8am sharp Friday and Saturday. Overall a great place to stay if the bugs and construction would be eliminated.Note: No towels, shampoo or soap provided in bathrooms.

The host was welcoming and very responsive. They answered all our questions and were very helpful to let us know what we would need to bring. We stayed here to host our family for Christmas as we are currently building in the area and don’t have a lot of space for everyone at our temporary housing. The house was spacious, clean, and well kept. The kitchen had everything you could need. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Moneta area. The sunsets were gorgeous and the view was amazing and relaxing.

I have a girl’s weekend at this house every year. We love it! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, the host is super responsive and helpful, and the view is amazing! We love the fire pit with tons of fire wood also.

The house is beautiful and it's huge and very clean inside and outside. All of the rooms has everything that you would need. Beautiful lake views and sunrise and sunset views. Amazing dock for a great fishing trip. Owners are extremely nice and answer back immediately. Would love to stay here again on future vacation rental trips. The host, Theresa, was phenomenal from the very start, great in communication and working through the details. The house was ready on check-in day a few hours before the official check-in time and they allowed early entry, which made it nice and the timing worked out great. The house was great, the kids loved the lower level basement/game room! The fire pit was great and we used that often with the colder temperatures. The kitchen was good and had all of the cookware needed to make some good meals. The house is on a very quiet cove so you really felt like you were away from the main parts of the lake and it was very quiet and relaxing. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would recommend this property for your next stay on Smith Mountain Lake!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although there were just 2 of us, the house would be ideal for larger groups. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were very nice. The path to the dock is a gentle slope. We rented a boat for our stay, and rented the home specifically because of the floating dock. The lake levels are low, probably 5 feet low right now (May '26), so fixed height docks are all well above the water level. I would add, for those with any mobility limitations, that getting down to the floating dock is a big step currently. It was a bit of a maneuver getting up and down, but we just sat on the edge of the stationary dock and reached down to the first step of the floater. This is in no way the fault of the homeowner, just a result of the current lake levels. We had plenty of room to dock a 23 ft pontoon at the floater.The house in a really great quiet cove and is very peaceful, especially at night. Plenty of options for restaurants, and a grocery store, within a short drive.The only minor thing that we would've liked would have been if bath towels were provided, but that may not be an uncommon thing with these types of rentals. We were aware of this and brought our own, not a huge deal. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level. Bring your own detergent.Theresa was a really great host and was very responsive. We look forward to staying here again

Thanks for the nice review! I just wanted to respond here to any future renters that we added stairs onto the floater to improve access, so there are no concerns for those with limited mobility anymore. Also, for those wondering why we don't provide bath linens, it's because there's not enough time between turns to wash sheets for up to 11 beds, and towels also. This is not uncommon for rental houses in the area, and since most people travel by car to our area doesn't tend to be a problem for most. We can provide them for guests flying in if necessary.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. House was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. Really enjoyed the beautiful cove and easy lake access. The private dock is very large and in great condition. We had no problem mooring our 20' boat during the duration of our stay. Docking was easy and the water is nice and deep. Great communication with the host. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Girl's Weekend

We have stayed at the Lake house for several years and always enjoy the peaceful view from the upstairs and downstairs decks and the dock. We also love the kayaks and the fire pit—great memories with good friends. The owners are always gracious and kind. This place is a wonderful getaway for friends and family.
