The king size bed in big bedroom can be separated into two twin beds. Twin size futon in little bedroom and daybed in living room. This house with all amenities accommodates up to 4 people. From each window and door, you can see very peaceful surroundings. Come, relax or do your retreat or vacation at this 2-bedroom & 1.5-bathroom gated house on 2+ acre land here.

Perfect get away spot

Checkin was smooth and easy. Checkout was the same. We loved the location! Close enough to everything but just far enough away to make it feel secluded and private. We will definitely be booking it again!

We really enjoyed the blue house on the hill! It was beautiful. The location was perfect. It was convenient to everything and the privacy was fabulous. The house was clean and we had everything we needed.

Country Views for a quick get away

The house was perfect for a three-day getaway. It is located out of town in the country. It was nice to spend the evenings on the porch overlooking the valley.The directions were easy to follow. The parking is right next to the house. My husband is 6'5" and a couple of the ceiling areas and doors were a little short for him. The king-sized bed has a headboard and footboard, so if you are over 6', it may not be long enough for you. My husband slept sideways on it and I slept on the daybed in the living room, which is how we normally sleep anyway! We enjoyed the quiet and the country. We even got to see a doe with her two babies strolling through the property.

Best Deal, Great House

I recently rented this beautiful home for a small gathering of close family and friends for a one-night stay, and it exceeded our expectations! The house was spacious, and full of charm—inside and out. There were three beds, a smart TV, multiple bathrooms, and a great shower setup, which made it super convenient for our group.The kitchen was one of the highlights! It came fully stocked with everything we needed, including brand new appliances and cutlery, which made cooking and enjoying meals together a breeze. One of my favorite moments was standing on the balcony with my plate in hand, looking out over the serene valley view—absolutely peaceful and beautiful.The property is large and private, so we felt safe and had plenty of space to relax without feeling boxed in like you might at a hotel. For the price, space, and amenities, this home offers so much more value.The host was amazing—very communicative and helpful as things came up. I shared a few suggestions, and she was super open and receptive. I truly appreciate that kind of hospitality.I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and definitely plan to rent it again in the future!--

Its a nice little spot. My friends and I went to Cow Mountain OHV for the weekend and stayed here. It is a great location for that. It isn't far from downtown Ukiah from the house either.

What a strange place! 3 stars because while the places is gas heated throughout, there is NO smoke detector or carbon monoxide alarm. Ended up leaving early due to this.

Truly country life style here. Less than 20 homes on these paved county dead-end road. Yet, 2-minute drive to the entrance of City of Ten Thousand Buddhas and 6-minute drive to Walmart, Starbucks and Costco.

Feel so relaxing and tranquil here. Neighbor's houses are at least couple hundred feets away.
