The house is put together well to make the space open while providing all your needs. Having the washer/dryer on site was so helpful. The host was kind and responsive. My husband and I travel a lot and stay in many different homes, one thing we loved about this house is that it felt like a home. No annoying signs everywhere like some have. If we are in the area again we would definitely book again.

This was the perfect spot for visiting family in Platte City. The beds are so comfortable, the house is clean and it has everything you need.

We have stayed in this house before, I always check its availability when we are making a trip to Kansas City. This house is always clean and has everything we need. I messaged the owner this week before our trip to see if there was a crockpot available because we didn't want to go out to eat every day and wanted to have food ready for when we got back after a long day at the zoo. She went out of her way to bring that to the house before we got there. Loved that! The back patio is great, if you are a bird nut like my daughter its a wonderful place to sit in the morning and watch the birds. We saw so many different kinds and enjoyed breakfast on the patio. Beds are comfortable, living room set up is comfortable and we enjoyed the tv and internet access also. Plenty of towels and bedding and fans in the closet. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and a little away from the city which is nice. Its our preferred spot to be after a long day in Kansas City. Its close to the highways and we were probably 20-30 minutes from anything that we were doing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there this time and the time prior to this and will be looking to stay here again on our next trip. If you travel often or this is a one time or first time trip for you, I highly recommend this little gem. Communication with the owner is really quick and easy and she is just super nice. Oh and we feel like the price is really good as well.

This is my second time staying here and plan on booking more in the future. This place has everything you need, close enough to nice dinning but also has a country feel to it which I really enjoy.

A PERFECT KC VACATION SPOT

This home was the perfect location for our week-long vacation in KC! It's located very close to the airport yet in a really quiet area. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and included everything we needed!
