The home was beautiful. Right next to the beach and has a pool on the property. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Not far from driving range, pickle ball, go carts and bowling.

We hope you had a great time while visiting us. Hope next time you have more time to enjoy the rain forest or the outlets in Barceloneta. We hope you had a chance to visit Old San Juan and El Morro Fortress.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this condo based on my stay in Dorado from August 10 to 14.The problems began before I even arrived. There was essentially no check-in procedure, and the host never sent me the address or arrival instructions. I had to call numerous times just to find out where I was staying and how to access the property.On the second day, I brought the beach-gate key with me, as needed. When I returned, only the strap remained. The key had been attached with a rusted metal piece that apparently broke while I was at the beach. I immediately informed the owner. Her husband brought us a spare key, told me we could use it, and specifically said that I did not need to make a copy.Despite this, the owner and the administration contacted me repeatedly for four consecutive days, warning me that I would be charged 100 for the lost key. I received multiple messages and calls about it, even though I had already explained what happened and a spare key had been provided.The administration also warned me that I could be charged a fee for not having a parking permit. However, nobody had explained how to obtain one. I was on vacation and should not have been expected to remain at the condo waiting for someone to deliver a permit that should have been arranged before my arrival.Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt constantly bothered, threatened with additional charges, and disrespected. After paying so much for only three and a half days I get this treatment???

The check in process was a little bumpy becayse there was miscommunication upfront. There was one issue that was never resolved. The accomodations were great and the location was perfect for everything we needed to do. The host left us a bottle of wine to help us celebration our occasion. There was a winter storm happening across the states and lots of flights were being canceled; the host offered us an extension to stay until it passed which would be 2 days at no charge to accommodate. This was very surprising, kind, understanding, and definitely appreciated. Fortunately, our flights remained intact and we didn't need to stay. Checkout was easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay again, but with more upfront communication.

There was some miscommunication for the check in. Apparently they had some issues with Uber driver and left them way long to the apartment. Besides that everything was OK. We will host them again

After a rocky start, Jose did a superb job communicating and answering all the questions. The location is amazing, close to everything you might need. It opens the traveler to visit the rest of the island, avoiding San Juan traffic. I will definitely try to book with Jose again.

We had some issues with our local utilities and there was no electricity for two days. After that we put Juan Carlos and his family in the apartment and from there on we had no issues. Glad they enjoyed the stay. You are welcome any time
