Charming accommodations one block from the lake and right downtown amidst the shops and restaurants. Super comfy bed, spa-like shower and bathroom amenities. The front porch screams at you to sit and relax. Well appointed kitchen. Convenient parking. Quaint little coffee shop right next door! Would definitely recommend this property for a laid back, lake get away.

Very cute and comfy. Beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. Great location. We would definitely stay again. We really enjoyed the second-floor porch -- it was like being in a treehouse. If you like it dark when you sleep, bring an eye mask.

Cleanest and cutest place!!! Wonderful location. My mom and I had the best girls trip. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the patio every evening!

Amazing stay! Great location. The space is so cute and clean. Attention to detail would be an understatement. We would highly recommended and stay again! Very easy check in. Host was wonderful.

So charming, clean, well appointed and stylish. Comfortable beds, couch, and dining area. Bathroom shower was amazing with wonderful fun products to choose from for spa like experience. Went downstairs to the quant store and brought a few of the products to take home with me!! Walking distance to great local pub and next to a coffee shop. At the end of the road, beautiful Chautuqua Lake. 10/10 -

Although there are times when it does feel like vacationing inside an antique shop (The actual shop is downstairs), this place is lovely, tranquil. It looks just a like a dream of a weekend vacation in autumn in New York State. If the visitor combines this place with things like hikes, the visitor can have the perfect time for the season. The hikes around this area are wonderful (Panama Rocks and Chautauqua Gorge Trail) and coming back to the Village Inn's perch of a terrace to relax is sublime. The shower is fantastic, the master bed is so comfy. The propane grill works great. A few more directions about using the kitchen appliances would be helpful.

What an absolutely beautiful rental! This place is an absolutely amazing gem!The prettiest and best rental we have ever stayed at. The location was perfect. We ate at an amazing restaurant, Stella’s which was a few houses away. There were multiple restaurants, coffee shops and an ice cream place all in the immediate proximity to the cottage. At the end of the street was a park with benches to sit by Chautauqua Lake we could walk to in a few minutes. It was very safe and friendly neighborhood. Amy, the host was so friendly and accommodating. She also owns the beautiful antique shop below the rental. The cottage was on the second floor and had a wonderful porch, we could sit and watch all of the friendly people go by on the street below. When we opened up the door, the cottage was absolutely amazing, beautiful, spotless clean, and the charm and attention to detail was seen throughout the rental. The kitchen was absolutely beautiful and amazing. It was across between modern and vintage style.The beds were beautifully made and comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom was a great size with a beautiful shower and all specialty shower and spa accessories for you to try that are also for sale in the Shabby Shrub shop below us. Amy even had organic mosquito repellent on the porch to use that smelled amazing and our friend bought two bottles from the shop.We will definitely be back!
