Overall, the townhouse was nice, clean and served our family of 7 well. However, make sure you have 2 separate codes to enter the building BEFORE heading out on your trip. You will need a 6 digit code for the main outside door. You will then need a second 4 digit code for your actual room door. We did not receive the email with the outdoor code prior to arriving so we sat in our car for an extended period of time waiting on that code. The owner provided proof that he did indeed send both codes in the email but we also had proof that we only received one code to the second door, not the first. There must be a breakdown in that email with VRBO. Also, there were no trash bags provided. Other items were included as mentioned in the listing. A quick trip to dollar general up the street took care of that. The owner was fairly quick to reply and I feel it was a reasonable price for the accommodations. Would stay there again now that we are aware of the codes needed in order to gain entry. From here, we drove 15 minutes to Newark Penn station, parked our car for 35 per day and took the âPATHâ train into the city. That train drops off at WTC and from there you switch over to NYC metro soon to be renamed Omny. Be sure to plan to be back on the PATH train by 1030pm as it closes at 11pm.
