Great little place for our family of 4. Good location, near Newark Penn Station, can get to anywhere on the trains. Clean house, we didn’t cook or eat there, but looked nice. Would recommend.

Great stay!

House was nice and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable beds. Pretty neighborhood close to everything. Restaurants withing walking distance are amazing!

Quaint House Near the Heart of Everything

House was perfect distance from Prudential Center and places to eat. Location felt safe. Home was clean. Host really worked with us for the check-in process, since some of us were arriving earlier than others due to flights. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Quite neighborhood. Off street parking but it is a tight space if you have a large SUV. Difficult to find street parking. Large kitchen with fully stocked dishes, pots, glasses. Rooms were very clean. Two bedrooms downstairs to sleep 3 people.

Very Clean and Exactly as pictured

We stayed wjth a group of 5 for a work trip and were comfortable. The home was clean, and host even left us snacks and drinks which was very thoughtful. Home had a private designated parking space which was perfect so we didn't have to park on the street. Very easy access and overall quiet clean neighborhod..

Could have been better.

The house looked just like the photos. Very nice appearance. However, when we arrived we turned on the lights in the kitchen and there were roaches on the floor. Yuck. Then, the trundle beds outer blanket was dirty. There was a washer and dryer with every supply needed, so we were able to wash everything that night. So frustrating! The bottom of the tub was scratched up and rusted. There was a non-slip mat in the tub, but it did not cover the damage. We couldn't leave so we had to make the best of things. All was going well until it started raining. There is a leak in the ceiling and we were up at 1:00 AM using pans and pots to catch the water. Not to mention drying the wood floors. We woke up to the sound of water so the floors were soaked. We reached out to the owner and NEVER heard back. NEVER. This place had so much potential but ultimately, it was a let down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious 4 bedroom apartment in Newark. It has been fully renovated. The kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathroom are freshly painted and beautifully appointed. The linens are all brand new. Super comfy beds and pillows. The appliances are also brand new and work perfectly, as does the HVAC. Instant hot water in the shower/bath. They have everything you need and more, with a fully-stocked kitchen and little extras like disposable toothbrushes and razors. We were only in town briefly for a graduation at the NJPAC, but this apartment was the perfect landing and launching spot. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, with nearby restaurants and markets. Try the restaurant on Jabez Street, for fresh, made-to-order, Puerto Rican food. We didn't have a vehicle, but there is an available parking spot with this rental. If/when in town, we would definitely stay here again.
