Pt Richmond dispose d'un accès facile via I-580 et I-80 à San Francisco, 19 miles, à Berkeley & East Bay 5 -9 miles, et de communautés à travers le pont de San Rafael (nord sur 101) au pays du vin à Sonoma et Napa 35 miles (40 minutes).

Everything in the VRBO description is 100% accurate and in depth. The host was the perfect blend of communicative and hands-off. What a delightful property: clean, quiet, private, well equipped, uncluttered, spacious enough for 2 and packing a Three Bridge View of which you will not tire. Excellent and available hosting by Kris completes the arrangement. It's a winner.

Easy check in and host responded fast. Beautiful view of the bay from private balcony. Modern. Chic furnishings. Kitchen dishware and cookware were nice quality. Always had a parking space. Good location to take the ferry to SFO at a cheap rate. Fisherman's wharf and Alcatraz easy walk from ferry location. Evening sunsets and watching boats in the water were great.

We have stayed here several times now.Perfect for two .The space feels big because it’s open with high ceilings.Floor to ceiling windows with expansive views of the bay.Point Richmond is a hidden gem.

We had an amazing time! We came out to SF to celebrate our 35th anniversary and couldn't be happier with our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and the views amazing. Unique 3 bridge view...

Even though my husband and I have lived in the Bay Area we have never seen this exact view. Ever changing and spectacular views that we enjoyed day and night. Comfortable and well appointed apartment with total privacy. Our 3 weeks stay was memorable and we hope to return on future visits.

Wonderful rental

We have stayed here twice and been very happy. Because we don’t need to drive much,Point Richmond is a good location. It is also a good location to get to anywhere in the bay and to beaches. Numerous good hiking trails a short distance away. Views from the rental are magnificent. Large private balcony overlooks the whole bay. The unit is not that big,but feels large enough for two due to high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.

Weekend to remember

We came for three days of Dead & Co. The only thing that delivered more then the Dead, was our stay in PT Richmond! The views were better than advertised. Had breakfast overlooking the bay each morning. Kris and Denise thank you for your hospitality...We will be back!

Simply Wow!!

Not much to add to all that has been already said in previous reviews, pictures are one thing but living the views is something else... It is the perfect place to feel at home away from home (you wish it were). Kris and Denny were great hosts, always ready to help if needed but respectful of our intimacy.

Beautiful Views!

My husband and I loved this rental. We stayed the week of July 4th and we were able to see firework shows from San Francisco on the beautiful balcony. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can easily go to San Francisco from the Point Richmond and then hop on other Ferries in San Francisco. The guest house is about 2 miles from t Point Richmond Ferry. We had a great time. The next time I come to the area I would definitely stay again.
