*. Parking: Three off-street parking spots outdoors (there is no garage).
*. Stairs: Please note there are six steps at the entrance and a steep staircase leading to the upper floors. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the main floor.
*. AC Disclosure: The home features portable air conditioning units (one downstairs and two upstairs), there is no central air conditioning. Guests should be aware that cooling may be limited, especially during warmer months. Two small portable fans and a 42" tower fan in the living room downstairs are provided as well.
*. Heating Disclosure: The home features central furnace heating for 1st floor. Two portable AC on the 2nd floor also work as heaters.
*. Potential Noise: Please note that due to the home's location on a corner of main streets, you may experience some traffic noise. This may not be suitable for light sleepers.

Additional Information:

- No access to USPS Mailbox unless stay over 30 days. Please ask if you really need.
- We subscribed YouTube TV with 4K. It features more than 80+ live channels.
- No Netflix/Prime/Hulu paid service. You can stream with your own accounts.
- Do not use towels to wipe shoes, suitcase, or step on towels.
