Public Transportation: The area is well-served by public transit, with several Metro stations nearby. The Potomac Avenue Metro station is just a 3 min. walk from the property, offering quick access to other parts of the city through the Blue, Orange and Silver Lines. Additionally, several bus routes pass through the neighborhood, connecting to popular tourist spots.
Bikeshare/Scooters: Cycling is a convenient way to get around Capitol Hill, with bike lanes and bikeshare stations scattered throughout the area. Lime and Bird electric scooters are also available for rent, offering a fun and efficient way to travel.
Parking: Ample street parking is available around the perimeter of the property. We have 1 parking spot in the rear of the building that can be rented out for $30/day. This apartment is well maintained, perfect for a small family, and is in an excellent location! We had everything we needed at the apartment and could get to anything we needed easily and quickly. The Metro stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away with access to 3 different lines to go almost anywhere in DC. Safeway grocery store and several small restaurants are also within walking distance. We also found street parking without any issues.
