Luis was great. I love the old style villas with a rustic finish and plenty of space, cold AC, comfortable mattress (double sized), kitchen was small but adequate for my tastes, location was great for us. It rained two out of three days, so I did laundry which I needed, but never got to try out the cart.Hotel restaurants nearby, but only paid parking available for cars. We walked. Loved seeing El Yunque!

This villa was the highlight of my trip to Puerto Rico. I was attending a wedding nearby, and this space provided the perfect retreat. It is incredibly spacious and beautiful, with a "heart" and soul that you just don't get in a standard hotel room.The amenities were spot on—the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a stress-free stay. I have to mention the bed, which was dangerously comfortable; I almost didn't want to leave it to go to the beach! The host was wonderful—very kind, responsive, and helpful. If you want a stay that combines comfort with genuine local culture, this is it.And it’s very close to the El Yunque rainforest for amazing gorgeous hikes offering spectacular views!

We had a blast! Your place is/was perfect. Actually right next door to my two sisters. :) Thank you for an excellent rental, for the coffee, and the leche and other accommodations.Reservation through VRBO was seamless.The owner was awake at 3:30 a.m., when we arrived due to weather delays! The owner responded quickly to any questions. The unit was nice, adequate, air conditioned, with a covered outdoor seating area. Bedroom with en suite bath. Views of golf course and clubhouse. An excellent choice for our party.

My vacation

I went to Puerto Rico , and upon our arrival, Mr. Luis was waiting for us at the entrance of the gate to where we were going to stay . He was very courteous and attentive. Every time I would send him a text, he would reply back in less than 5 minutes. The place is very clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay at your beautiful home.

Great villa, will come back soon!

The villa was beautiful—spacious rooms and a large living area made it feel very comfortable. The mezzanine was a great touch, offering some added privacy. I would have appreciated a larger kitchen, and it was a bit of a letdown that the golf cart was out of order (though the owner did apologize). Luis was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. I’ve already booked my next visit! Highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodations

We loved our stay here. Our flight came in late and I asked Luis if there would be coffee there already or if I needed to bring it. I wanted to be prepare for the morning since I knew stores would be closed on our arrival. he went out of his way to make sure we had coffee. He was quick to answer questions and even let us in personally and showed us around. I would stay here again.

Great rental/great location!

We chose this property specifically for its proximity to golf and El Yunque rainforest, both of which we enjoyed, although we were there during a two week deluge of rain and storms. Luis was a great host and communicator and made sure that there would a golf cart available for riding around the immense golf resort property. He also provided ample supplies to deal with potential power outages.

Perfect weekend away!

Beautiful 2b/2b higher end condo in very safe and well kept gated community on exclusive golf course with private beach access. That is everything on dad's list checked! Super close to El Yunque (a must visit in PR!). Better than the pictures depict!

Great location and pleasant setting

Located in beautiful setting adjacent to Yunque National Rainforest. Apartment is located in a unique resort setting, with an outstanding beach, and golf course. Quick drive to San Juan and the airport, you can enjoy great restaurants and nightlife, while laid back relaxation during the day. There are also plenty of nice restaurants near the apartment.

Beautiful Puerto Rico

The property manager (Luis) made the check in/out easy and was receptive to our questions. The villa was roomy and met all of our needs. The beach was a short 3-4 minute drive in a resort area. The beach was beautiful without crowds. We felt such a warm welcome from Luis, we would consider staying there again.

Peaceful gem

Luis was a super responsive host and the villa itself was a gem. It's a great change from the glass and aluminum box style spaces with its thick stucco walls and red tiles roofs it has a Mediterranean vibe. The large, deep balcony was angled for privacy from neighboring units, looked out on greenery and even stayed mostly dry in the occasional tropic rain bursts. Lots of interior room to spread out, too. Great find!

Great location

We stayed at this location to be close to the hotel for a wedding. The grounds are beautiful, we were a little disappointed being the pool was down for renovations during our stay but my family stayed at the hotel so we were able to use that pool. Luis was a great host! We had a golf cart so we could easily go back and forth to the hotel. We would definitely return. It is much more spacious than the pictures appear. Thank you Luis!

Paradise!

A beautiful slice of Puerto Rico when staying at this property. It’s a perfect location, close to El Yunque, several beaches to snorkel, Old San Juan, basically anywhere you would want to go on PR. Luis is the consummate host & will answer any & all questions for you. I cannot say enough positive things about the property and Luis. All in all, it was a perfect vacation! Thank you again, Luis!!
