4 bed / 2.5 bath two-story main house - sleeps 12 in beds (plus pack n play)
2 bed / 1 bath 950 sq. ft guest house with no stairs - sleeps 6 in beds (plus couch)
1 bed / 1 bath 600 sq. ft casita with no stairs - sleeps 4 - 2 in beds, 2 on queen air mattress (plus couch)

Each house has its own kitchen, living room and bathroom(s). The larger guest house and main house have full laundry. Main house has 2 Showers, 1 jetted jacuzzi (with ocean view) and a bath tub. The guest house and casita both have showers in their bathrooms.

Pool has a full fence around it (not pictured) to protect young ones. Please note, due to the immense cost of the propane required to heat the hot tub, we collect an extra $100 per day fee.

Sauna is on the patio near the pool.

The 600 sq. ft barn is the crown jewel of the ranch. A multipurpose space with office, stunning mahogany bar, pool table, dart board, pop-a-shot basketball, custom 10' bar table, and 3 rows of seating for 85" movie theatre setup with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround Sound.

One of the homes on the property is our primary residence in the months when it is not rented which means 1) you'll have a lot more supplies and amenities than a normal vacation rental and 2) there will be personal items neatly tucked away in various spaces that will not be a detriment to your stay.
