This full‑property rental includes all seven private apartments, offering 11 bedrooms, 20 beds, and 8 bathrooms, plus a spacious shared courtyard designed for gathering. Ideal for corporate retreats, family reunions, and group getaways seeking privacy, flexibility, and a walkable beach location. The building sits on a corner lot near the ocean, so some road noise should be expected.

Guests will have access to the entire private apartment and the shared courtyard space.

• No pets are permitted at this property

• The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
