From the moment you step inside, the villa’s breathtaking tropical views create a seamless connection between indoor comfort and the natural beauty of Maui. The open and airy living space is designed for relaxation, featuring tile flooring throughout, a cozy sitting area with a queen-size pullout sofa, a large flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a ceiling fan for added comfort. Expansive windows perfectly frame the panoramic views of the Kapalua Bay Course and the West Maui Mountains beyond. A dining table with seating for four offers a picturesque setting to savor meals while being surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the resort.







From the living room, step outside to the first of your two private lanais. This spacious outdoor living space offers an ideal setting for morning coffee as the sun rises over the West Maui Mountains or tropical cocktails in the evening hours. Overlooking the Kapalua Bay Course, the lanai provides an ever-changing view of lush fairways, rolling coastline and the vast ocean beyond. With a table and seating for four, as well as a chaise lounge, this is the perfect place to soak in the serenity of Kapalua.







The remodeled chef’s kitchen is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry, providing everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and an array of appliances, cookware and dishware for effortless meal preparation. If there's anything extra you may need during your stay, just let us know. A breakfast bar with seating for two offers a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a casual bite before heading out to explore Maui.







A beautifully appointed full guest bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor, featuring a granite vanity and a custom-tiled walk-in shower.







Upstairs, the master bedroom is a serene retreat, where expansive wraparound windows flood the space with natural light and frame breathtaking ocean and coastal views. Designed for both comfort and elegance, the room features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a large flat-screen TV and a spacious dresser for added storage. Step outside onto the private second lanai, where a table and seating for two create an inviting space to savor peaceful mornings as Maui awakens.







The master bathroom is designed to be an oasis of its own, featuring double vanities with granite countertops, a large walk-in shower with custom tile work and a spacious walk-in closet. The villa also includes a washer and dryer, ensuring all the conveniences of home are at your fingertips.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.
