The house vas very clean. The host communicated missing items prior to arrival. At our visit the home was not fully appointed for the capacity, dishes and silverware were not enough for our group. We enjoyed the spacious house and loved the pool table and multiple areas to relax in.

This is an absolutely awesome property. We did unfortunately have a little trouble with the hot tub. But I have to give Stephanie credit, she got a repair man to us asap, and we didn't lose much time during our stay that we could have used it.

The home was very spacious, clean, and very nice to stay in! The neighborhood was great, and it seemed pretty easy to be able to get places in and around the Charlotte area! The hot tub wasn't set up to run (not filled with water). That would have been nice! But it definitely wasn't a negative for staying in the home. It could have been broken. We don't dwell on things like that.
