Welcome to South Park Charlotte! This home has recently been upgraded with all brand new furnishings & appliances. Cozy, warm and rustic feel with friends and family. Coffee lover friendly kitchen. Expansive deck area for entertaining or a romantic night in. Dog friendly. Desk area to work from home. Sitting 10 minutes from Uptown/downtown Charlotte. 5 minutes to Southpark Mall/fine dining, wine bars, dog parks and a Green way.
The space
This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is located in South Park in an inviting, friendly neighborhood.

-Minutes away from SouthPark Mall. Whole Foods, Starbucks, Phillips Place, The Arboretum.
- A short distance to Symphony Park, Pure Barre, Yoga, Drybar, Legion Brewing SouthPark.
-Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and cafes in the neighborhood, such as Cafe Monte French Bistro, RH, Foxcroft Wine Co., Del Frisco's, Oak Steakhouse, Bulla Gastrobar.

Hi Robert! We sent a friendly reminder the day before, and you did not set the trash cans out even though we put them at the very top of the drive for you to make it easy. Two days later, after you told us you did not set them out.We had our junk removal guy come by within hours to empty it for you. We hate you have the experience you did, however, we did everything on our end as required by VRBO.

Beautiful weather and location for a family gathering in Charlotte.

The house is beautifully situated in a pretty neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants. The airport is close, and this older home is nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Amazing stay

This was one the the most amazing stays ever. The area was Amazing the home was amazing and the host was outstanding. I’ve travelled to the area quite a bit but have not discovered anything to par until this stay so quite, comfy and cozy with a updated feel. I can’t wait to return. Definitely on my favorites list.

It's rare that I stay at a place thats nicer than in the pictures but that's what we found here!, the house was in a beautiful brand new condition in a lovely neighborhood. flawless communication with the owner. All in all we had a wonderful stay!!

We greatly enjoyed staying at William's house in Charlotte. The location is excellent - convenient to Uptown Charlotte and Matthews, in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees and greenspace. Check-in and communication were both quick, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!
