Charming, Spacious 2 Bedroom Home located on a "No through" Rd, 1.7M to Beach.
Come, relax at this spacious and tranquil getaway adorned with foliage paintings by a local artist. lots of elbow room in this Spacious 2 bedroom.
"West of the Trail" (rte41) Light and Bright, Old Florida Charm.
Bring your boat or travel trailer, there is plenty of room to park on the property! There is also a 30amp cord on the other side of the house from the parking...will need a 75' cord!
Just 1'.7 miles to Nokomis Beach Park and Inlet. Boat launch nearby where you can also bring your kayaks and fishing poles..
Grocery and fun shopping close by, as well as many wonderful, local restaurants
Central to Sarasota, Siesta Key.. with all of its Beaches, shows and fine dining and Quaint downtown Venice for craft fairs and farmers markets!
Note: There is also a 1 bedroom cottage next to the house that may have guests, or you can inquire of it. It has a separate entrance, and walkway.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
This home is much larger than it appears. Split bedrooms and a large, gourmet kitchen between! Patio off the main bedroom in back for your morning coffee..I love the local paintings in the home. Previous owner is an artist, and left renditions of interesting local spots from the area in beautiful paintings.
