"Perfect for our crew! I rented this property for a team of workers on a project in Augusta, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, well-maintained, and in a quiet area that allowed the team to actually rest after long shifts. Check-in was seamless, and the host was professional and responsive throughout the entire stay. We will definitely look to book here again for our next contract in the area!"

It was the perfect Masters rental. Tina was easy to communicate with and very prompt. I would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Close to Washington Rd. Was nice.

The home worked out well for our needs. Good location for places we needed to get to. We would consider staying again if we had a need. No issues, however just a few items that need attention such as the stove has a front burner that doesn’t work, dryer squeals when using could be a drum belt needing replacing. The ice maker in fridge not working, but we had bagged ice and trays to fill.

Thank you for letting us share our place with you! We were unaware of the squeaky dryer & stove eye. I will make sure that those issues are fixed asap! The ice maker is just not cooperating! I made sure to put ice & ice trays in the freezer. I"m glad you enjoyed your stay!

Charming indeed. This property was very clean. There was plenty of room for all of us. Tina and Ron were such great hosts as well. Very responsive to emails/texts. Location is a quiet little neighborhood yet close to shopping and sightseeing. I would stay here again if given the chance and needed to head to GA for anything!
