This historic property was an amazing place to stay while attending my nieces graduation in Malad. Plenty of space and the host was great. We didnt have any issues and were amazed by all the details in the house.

It's a nice house in a good location close to downtown. I was was in town due to a death in the family so I didn't even go down stairs. I mainly just spent the night. The bed was comfortable and house very clean.

Beautiful home!

We had 2 families stay together. We had enough room and space to enjoy each other's company but also have space to ourself. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and look forward to another time visiting.

Beautiful Historic House

The house is so cool. All the antiques and history there. It’s absolutely beautiful. Check-in was a breeze, they are easy to work with, great snacks and overall fun house. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a magical place to spend Christmas! Don, Gaylen and Marcy were amazing and decorated the house, which they didn't even need to do, but it was so appreciated. They were attentive when there was an issue with the propertyand came out ASAP to fix. The house so so full of charm. Cozy and beautiful. The kids enjoyed their own spaces and every single one of them trashed me at air hockey. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was clean. We definitely want to come back to this home that my kids now call "The Christmas House".

We stayed at the D.L. Evans House in Malad this weekend while attending a family wedding, and it was an incredible experience. The home is beautiful, full of fascinating history, and has so much character. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was comfortable, accommodating, and the perfect place for our family to gather and spend time together. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated learning more about the home’s unique history. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
