The perfect family holiday

We had a wonderful fortnight at this spacious comfortable house in a beautiful quiet location near Cala Boix beach. The owners , Bartolome and his parents, were very friendly and helpful I can highly recommend their villa.

Lovely villa in a quiet and private setting with a lovely pool which we spent most of a week in and around. Great restaurants locally and in Sant Carles. Will book again for next year.

Excellent villa in Ibiza

We - a family of five - spend a wonderful week in the villa. We really loved to stay at the villa, very relaxing stay at the pool. Walking to the beach in 5 minutes, quiet and beautiful landscape. Overall, absolutely recommendable - we would make that choice again and come back definitely.

This villa exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos! Spacious and clean, amazing pool and outside areas, well equipped - we wanted for nothing. Fantastic views to the sea topped it off for us. Wonderful location. We explored every corner of the island. Fabulous place for a family holiday.

Excellent Location and stay

The location and set up is exactly what is required if you want a relaxing time twinned with the ability to get around by car and on foot. The villa is very well equipped in every way with a lovely pool and outside areas including an immaculate garden. The local beach, bars and restaurants are also very good - barbeque night on Thursday and sardines on Friday are not to be missed.

Perfect villa in perfect location

Bartolo was the most amazing host. So friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We come to Ibiza every year as a family and always stay in the same region, but had never been to Cala Boix. It was so perfect for us - us and we will definitely come back.

The villa is wonderful. Very secluded and private but not more than 10 minutes drives to the supermarket and a small town with good shopping and several eateries (highly recommend Bella Italia). It was very spacious with plenty of room inside and out, with plentyof parking. The pool is a good size for either pool fun or burning off some calories with a few lengths. We ate outside in the covered dinning / kitchen area morning, noon and night. The garden is plesently stocked with attractive Mediterranean plants. One note is the driveway has some rain water diverters and I think an ordinary car would struggle with ground clearance, we hired a Nissan Qashqi which had no issues. We only had one thing break whilst we were there (things break), the owner was great and had it fixed within 24 hours.

Echt in 1 woord fantastisch. Een schitterend huis op een prachtige plek. De kinderen genoten volop van het zwembad. Ook de omgeving is top. Een auto is wel aan te raden.

Great house in great location - perfect stay

The house was amazing, so much space inside and out. The pool was great and the area around it was perfect for relaxing. The beach is only a short walk away along with some nice resturants. Juan was a great host and was obviously very proud of the house (rightfully so). Thoroughly recommend.

Perfect Peaceful & Private Location

Beautiful outdoor setting with pool and BBQ area for those wanting to really relax with a real feel of seclusion yet only 5 mins from Cala Boix (black sand beach, easy swimming, beach kiosk and good local restaurant) and then Pou D’es Lleo. Very spacious indoors with good aircon and balconies whilst kitchen is purposeful albeit basically equipped. Owner is also really helpful and responsive living 6km away - very handy when storms knocked out the electricity in the area! Would thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful villa in fantastic location

Casa Olivera surpassed all expectations. The interior was comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden, outside seating areas and pool were wonderful with no near neighbours and very peaceful. Beautifully maintained by the owner, who is a great guy. Thoroughly recommended.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche auf Ibiza. Das Anwesen ist sehr groß. Im Erdgeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer, 1 Esszimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche, kleiner Vorratsraum und kleine Waschküche/Abstellraum. Im ersten OG großes Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer, Zugang zur Dachterrasse, von der man noch 1 Etage höher auf eine Dachterrasse kommt. Im Außenbereich der Pool und eine großzügige Veranda mit Küchenzeile und Grill. Im großen Garten Platz für eine Hängematte und ein weiterer überdachter Platz mit einer Sitzgruppe. Für Familien bis 6 Personen ideal. Die Finca liegt etwas außerhalb, ist dafür sehr ruhig, Supermärkte per Auto in 5 und 10 min in der Gegend gut zu erreichen. In der Cala Boix gute Bademöglichkeit mit Snackbar und weiter oberhalb 2 Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Nette en goed verzorgde villa, perfect voor een heerlijke vakantie samen met ons gezin

De villa is netjes, schoon en goed verzorgd. Buiten zijn meerdere zit gelegenheden en een heerlijk zwembad. Ook de Barbecue buiten was echt een pluspunt. Wij kunnen de villa zeker aanraden voor een heerlijke vakantie. Wel is het goed om er rekening mee te houden dat je slecht telefoon berijd hebt. Gelukkig heeft de villa wel een goede WiFi verbinding.

Mooi, ruim huis op aantal km van San Carles

We hebben de herfstvakantie in dit fijne huis doorgebracht. Het huis is ruim en heeft een zwembad en overdekt terras. Het ligt redelijk afgelegen op een aantal kilometers van San Carles. Op loopafstand is het het strand Cala Boix, maar met de auto rijd je zo naar een aantal (mooiere) strandjes in de buurt. Linnengoed is ruim aanwezig en er liggen ook strandhanddoeken.

Fantastisch huis

We hebben genoten. Het huis is nog mooier dan op de foto's. Het is ruim opgezet met veel grond om het huis. Rondom alleen maar bomen, dus veel privacy. Zwembad met 6 ligbedden. Eigenaar is heel behulpzaam. Als er iets was dan werd het meteen geregeld. Heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Prachtige villa

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is rustig gelegen op loopafstand van het strand van Cala Boix. Een groot deel van onze vakantie hebben we bij het mooie en schone zwembad doorgebracht. Ook de barbecue hebben we veel gebruikt. Een fijne plek om in de avond te zitten en te eten. De Spar is op nog geen 10 minuten rijden. Een kleine winkel, maar ze verkopen alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar van de villa is een aardige man. Het huis en de tuin is heel goed onderhouden. Kortom, een aanrader voor een heerlijk relaxte vakantie op Ibiza.
