Discover urban living in this inviting home with chic furnishings and decor, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and an outdoor living space resembling a French park with a gazebo, arbor, gravel pathways leading to a flagstone terrace, and al fresco dining. The cottage is committed to Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol. Because of this please adhere to the posted check -in and check -out times. Alterations to these times cannot be allowed in order to follow protocol procedures and to make your stay safe and healthy. Ivywild is fast becoming the coolest neighborhood in Colorado Springs. Your Boutique Cottage is situated in the heart of this area and has many unique amenities such as full laundry room and flagstone patio for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Redesigned down to the studs with the latest technology and comforts such as WiFi, USB plugs , air conditioning and flat screen TV with HBO and Netflix. Enter the cottage with a simple access code - no key needed! The Cottage includes a full kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. The entire cottage is fully renovated and remodeled yet retains its original 1940s charm. There is a flagstone patio in front as well as designated guest parking provided. Easily accessible single level duplex. The owner is close by should you need anything extra or would like recommendations for shopping or dining in the area . The cottage is located in the Ivywild neighborhood of the Creek District. The property is an 8 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the local performing arts theater. The area is very walkable . Walk or bike to the Creekside District. Bikes available on request and provide a great way to get to nearby bars and restaurants with out driving. The Cottage is equipped with extras to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable such as; Keurig coffee pods, fire logs for fireplace and laundry products for full laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for preparing snacks or meals. Bathroom includes amenities such as designer shampoo, conditioner , body soap, lotion and Turkish cotton towels. Beautiful French country home in Colorado!

The house is beautiful inside and out and very comfortable. The decor inside makes you feel like you are in the French countryside. The location is perfect. We were close to great hiking trails, the zoo, a grocery store, restaurants, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs.

Darling cottage and great host!

Though the neighborhood was a bit nerve wracking, the home and host made up for it!Absolutely picture perfect.The only complaint no one could predict was a lonely sad barking dog next door. It was intermittent, but annoyed us the first night at 3am

Just right!

This property is an adorable and beautifully updated classy cottage well-situated for enjoying the heart of Colorado Springs! The house was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed in terms of furniture, space, privacy, laundry, storage, and amenities. It was big enough for the two of us and comfortably accommodated a dinner visit with a couple of family members. The kitchen is adequately equipped for smaller scale cooking and provided plenty of mugs, glasses, dishes, and utensils.. There are so many great restaurants nearby, but if you plan to cook anything that might need larger pots and pans or mixing bowls, bring them. The shower water pressure was wonderful, and the central-air heating system kept us very comfortable. WiFi & TV streaming services worked well also. Anytime we had questions, the owner was quick to respond. We would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future.

Busybody Helicopter Host

Horrible experience. Host is absolutely smothering to deal with. Constantly asking irrelevant impertinent questions. Worst of all he lives in the SAME building as you will! He doesn't put it in his ad because he knows some won't be down with it but he resides in the other half of the cottage. Also, watch for his habit of peeping. He specifically leaves 2 windows completely uncovered without blinds or curtains even though every other window in the house have both blinds and curtains. The uncovered windows just HAPPEN to be the ones he is able to peep into from his house.

Please beware of this guest . I have never had a bad experience until now . Read my reviews and see that I only try to be a hospitable host that guests appreciate . Here is a sample of how this guest spoke to me when I simply asked why two other cars besides his were parking in my private parking spaces : “Tom I am the only one staying here as I told you from the beginning. As to WHY I may have had anyone over for a brief visit that is NONE of your business. I assure you that of I do have individuals over for brief visits they will not utilize the two parking spaces next to mine. “ What this guest fails to realize is that of course the owner of a property has the right to know if a guest has added guests and also where they are coming from - especially in light of the Corona virus ! I will continue to offer safety and beauty as well as hospitality as part of the experience at my cottage

Would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a great location and is lovely inside. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Wished they had provided some decaf coffee pods but that is a minor thing. I definitely recommend this property!

Cozy, but no privacy curtains

Cozy cottage style house for 2 but no real curtains. The shower in the bathroom has a window in it with no curtain - making it visible to owner who lives in adjoining home. Same also is true for the kitchen window which can look into most of the house. It lacked serious privacy. But we had a good time regardless.

Great location

This was the cutest place love the set up and decor. Easy to get to and hassle free to get in. This is a prime location close to 7 falls, helen hunt fall, garden of the gods and more. Felt very safe and cozy hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you

Outstanding cottage!

I can recommend this cottage without reserve!! It was incredibly clean, well built and designed. The fine interior decorating was warm and welcoming. The appliances and fixtures were top quality. The owner made himself easy to reach although it was quite unnecessary to contact since my stay was without incident. You will not be disappointed if you make the wise decision to rent this property!!!

This was a very clean and enjoyable home. It is in an excellent location for most events and things to do in Colorado Springs. No surprises and very much enjoyed our stay. If in area again will try to stay here once again.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage

Very charming and cozy cottage in a very nice area, close to many attractions. Our daughter loved the French decor. She was competing at the Broadmoor World Arena which was only a few min away. The owner thought of everything from all the kitchen and bathroom necessities to a great TV package with DirectTV and Netflix. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. I’m sure we will be back again.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s property. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Owner’s house is directly next door. We worried this may affect privacy but it didn’t in the least. We met Tom when we were both outside then we had the place to ourselves. Great stay.

Cute, comfortable, well appointed and thought out.

Our daughter was competing at the Olympic Training Center and this was so close we were able to come home for lunch and a quick rest during the day. Close to lots of restaurants, close to down town and easy access to the high way. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked and made the stay very easy. The owner was very flexible and easy to work with when our schedule was altered by weather. We hope to be back here many times in the future!

A lovely retreat

I have stayed at Tom's home twice in the past year, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time in his beautiful bungalow. It was lovely to come back to this lovely retreat after a long day at a conference where I could unwind and relax. Tom is an attentive host and will make you feel very welcome.
