Located in a prime spot, our fabulous house is just steps away from Nimmanahaemin (Nimman), next to Maya shopping mall and the Chiang Mai University (CMU) campus. We are also close to the waterfalls and the famous Doi Suthep temple, perched on the mountain overlooking the city.
Our neighborhood is one of the liveliest in Chiang Mai, with a local market, diverse communities, cafés, restaurants, and plenty of amenities. Being in Nimman, the city’s most dynamic and touristic district, you’ll also enjoy quick and easy access to the Old City and main roads.
Our spacious and welcoming house is surrounded by tropical gardens. It features 8 comfortable bedrooms (all with air conditioning and everything you need for a pleasant stay), 2 kitchens, 6 showers, a cinema room, a pizza and barbecue corner, 2 living rooms, and several relaxing spaces. Free parking is available.

Since then, I have taken great pleasure in welcoming people from around the world, sharing what I love about this region — from the lively streets of Nimmanhaemin to the peaceful temples and waterfalls of Doi Suthep. Hosting is more than a job for me; it’s a way to connect, to exchange cultures, and to create memorable experiences around meals, conversations, and the beauty of daily life here. I chose this neighborhood because it perfectly combines tranquility and accessibility. We are only 5 minutes from Nimmanhaemin, one of the most vibrant and dynamic areas of Chiang Mai, and also just 5 minutes from the Old Town. At the same time, the property is located at the foot of Doi Suthep, the mountain famous for its temples and waterfalls, and surrounded by lush tropical gardens that create a peaceful and natural atmosphere.
