Oceanfront Estate avec piscine, spa, court de tennis et tortues

Profitez de la meilleure plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e et surf sur Maui juste en face de la maison pendant que vos amis regardent depuis le spa ou la piscine. La maison en bord de mer est situĂ©e sur une belle crique qui abrite de nombreuses tortues de mer vertes. La vĂ©randa comprend une piscine et un spa qui surplombe la crique, l'ocĂ©an et l'Ăźle de Molokai. Il y a un accĂšs direct Ă  la crique de la maison. La maison est situĂ©e sur une route privĂ©e bordĂ©e de palmiers avec entrĂ©e fermĂ©e. À cĂŽtĂ© de la propriĂ©tĂ© se trouve un terrain en herbe de 1/2 acre avec un court de tennis que nous possĂ©dons et auquel les clients ont accĂšs.

La maison en bord de mer dispose de 3 chambres; chaque chambre a une salle de bain. La chambre principale à l'étage a un lit king size; la salle de bain attenante a une grande baignoire et une douche séparée. La deuxiÚme chambre à l'étage a un lit queen et une salle de bain complÚte. La chambre du rez-de-chaussée a un lit queen, une salle de bain complÚte et une véranda. Chaque chambre dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat.

La maison a une grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec coin repas et une salle familiale adjacente. Il y a une salle à manger séparée qui peut accueillir 6 personnes et un salon avec wet-bar et marbre au sol carrelé, foyer au gaz. De plus, la maison a une buanderie et un garage double. La maison a Internet sans fil, télévision par cùble et barbecue à gaz.

En outre, nous avons une maison en bord de mer de 5 chambres, 6 1/2 salles de bain avec piscine et spa à Maui (VRBO # 445750) et nos sociétés possÚdent Silver Mountain Ski Resort, parc aquatique, parcours de golf, etc. à Kellogg, Idaho juste à cÎté de I -90, ainsi que 49 Degrees North Ski Resort, qui est à 1 heure au nord de Spokane, WA.

A beautiful home with a great setting. Everything we needed was at the house. The location had easy access to several beaches, restaurants and walking paths. We saw turtles and whales daily from our deck. Tryg and Barb were easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, the view, the pool, the stairs to the bay, the bay to the turtles. Everything was perfect. Communication was also great, nicest people and so friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back with our kids and share this place with them. I highly recommend this place. And the turtles! That was such an additional bonus. We couldn’t believe how many there were and to be able to watch them pop up from the pool/hot tub was an additional bonus! Just amazing!

Daily swims with sea turtles - Maui 2025

Our family had an amazing week at this beautiful oceanfront home. We swam with the turtles in the bay every day and enjoyed the hot tub and pool while taking in the gorgeous view. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and its own AC and ceiling fan; the kitchen had everything we could possibly need; there are games and puzzles, a private tennis court-and also beach chairs, fins, mask and snorkel, umbrella and beach towels for our trips to the beach. There is lots of room for folks to spread out- and plenty of chaise lounges outside for everyone to relax on. Restaurants, coffee shops and sand beaches are a short 5 minute walk away. If you’re trying to decide if you rent a VRBO or stay at a hotel/resort
..I recommend staying at this home because it is the best of both. Being able to walk out your back door and down the private stairs to swim with turtles and snorkel over beautiful coral reefs was truly amazing! This home is uniquely special - and Tryg, the owner, is very hospitable, generous and was quick to communicate before and during our stay. I hope to stay here again!!

This house is amazing. Turñes swimming steps away. Awesome snorkeling steps away. Pool /hot tub with a view that’s priceless. Close to everything in gated neighborhoods. We walked to the beach once. walk was fine but we preferred to drive which is only a few minutes if that. Can’t say enough the owner is awesome and responsive. House is clean well kept and beautiful.

Exceeded Expectations

Our overall experience renting this property for a week was exceptional. Our group included a retirement aged couple, a couple in their early 30’s and a mom with a one year old. The rooms, each with a large top end mattress and spacious bathroom/shower situation allowed plenty of privacy. The kitchen was modern and totally equipped with all you need for family meals. There are three separate sitting areas with high-end couches and stunning views for comfortable places to gather. The outdoor patio area has a large covered table and chairs along with a medium size pool and hot tub combo. The view from the patio is stunning and is my new happy place to remember when things get stressful. There is great snorkeling in the bay below with turtles a constant. The gated neighborhood feels quite safe and secure. The garage has a nice supply of beach accessories and an extra fridge that comes in handy. Tryg and Barb are highly responsive, caring, and generous hosts who truly care about the experience of their guests. We all felt very much at home. As an alternative to renting three hotel/condo rooms, this is truly the way to go if you are on the fence. With any luck at all, we are looking forward to returning someday.

Amazing house, view, pool/spa, and snorkeling cove

We had a fantastic stay at this special, unique property just north of Lahaina. It is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The kitchen is well appointed, which was so helpful -- they even had a champagne stopper. While the inside is great, the outdoor aspects are what make the home truly amazing. The pool / spa were clean, well maintained, and of course enjoyable. But it's the easy access to a snorkeling cove below the yard, and then wading into calm waters to see many turtles and fish, that makes this place really shine. 5 stars all the way.

Fantastic Property

Do not hesitate to book this gorgeous house. It is spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. Beyond that, the owner, Tryg (who lives nearby), made sure we had everything we needed and responded immediately to questions. The location is perfect, on a bay with abundant turtles, and whales visible just beyond. Beaches are 5-10 minutes away, as are restaurants, groceries, and anything else you might need. We have rented many VRBO properties in many locations and can say confidently that this one delivers a 5-Star experience!

Fantastic turtle-filled vacation

Great property in a quiet and beautiful spot. Easy walks to some nice beaches, and lots of great restaurants in short drives. Good snorkeling (when sea was calm) with unavoidable turtles. The house is well remodeled and has everything you need. Owner is super friendly and responsive and wants to help make the stay great.

House and Owner Extraordinaire

The word "extraordinaire" which means exceptional and marvelous truly describe both the property and Tryg the owner. The home which is situated in a quiet gated neighborhood is just gorgeous. Beautifully decorated interior where high end style meets comfort and easy living, where views of the ocean are visible throughout the house, each bedroom is spacious with it's own full bathroom and the kitchen is fully equipped. We spent most of our days and meals outside on the lanai next to the pool and hot tub where tropical trees, flowers, birds and butterflies surrounded us. The best backyard feature was the stairs under a canopy of colorful bougainvillea that led down to "turtle bay" for some of the best snorkeling on Maui. If you love snorkeling, this is your house!! You will see every type of fish and swim with sea turtles. We swam with 20+ turtles one morning. Amazing!! Also amazing is Tryg, the owner. I had read all the accolades of previous renters and I can say they are all true. Tryg embodies the warmth of local "ho'okipa" which is the Hawaiian word for "hospitality of complete giving". He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect during our stay and immediately responded to any questions or requests. His warmth, generosity and genuine caring were tremendous. He also has a great sense of humor. He even invited us to watch the sea turtles come in for the night at his property across the street which was being rennovated. Cannot wait to return!!!

Best property manager-ever!!

Our family of 4 stayed here the week of the hurricane winds and subsequent Lahaina fire. In addition to the horrible devastation for the people of Lahaina, the entire west side of Maui was without power and cell service. Tryg (owner and property manager) was a literal lifeline for us. He checked in on us frequently, shared food and water with us, brought us an assortment of flashlights, and reached out to our family on the mainland to let them know we were safe. Just an all-around great guy! As if that weren't endorsement enough, the house and location were lovely. A comfortable, well-stocked house with an amazing view and access to Honokeana Bay for swimming and snorkeling with the green turtles. Once the west side of Maui is able to regroup and reopen for tourism, you won't regret staying in this lovely home.

A Snorkeler's Paradise Awaits

We took our two kids who recently graduated from college to Maui for their grad present and it was an incredible experience, starting with the house we rented from Tryg and Barb. An amazing place, with spectacular views, topflight furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need, and of course, access to the cove which never disappoints from the abundance of turtles to the many fish and corals you can see. For those who prize good snorkeling as we do, it doesn’t get much better than this; its own private stairwell to the cove, you must cross one slightly tricky rock formation but once you do so, you’ll feel at ease doing it again. There is a sandy and shallow part of the cove where you enter that allows you to easily put on and take off your snorkeling gear while in the water. The water while we were there was always calm and safe. Finally, we can’t say enough about the hospitality and communication we had with Tryg; he went above and beyond, attending to any questions we had, and was incredibly accommodating when our flight was delayed. We can’t wait to get back!

Beautiful Home on Turtle Coves

We loved our stay at 20 Papaua! The house has been recently renovated and was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. This spared us from buying more (and potentially wasting) refills. The living spaces were comfortable although we didn’t entertain due to owner’s strict capacity warnings. The pool and side yard were nice and we appreciated being able to enter the bay from the property, although it is not an easy feat. Neighbors were friendly and it was an added plus that the host owns multiple properties in the culdesac, so we could encourage family and friends to rent their other homes coincident with our trip. Barb and Tryg are super responsive and clearly take great pride in their property(s). We appreciate their warm invitation to return. â—ĄÌˆ

Honu paradise

This property is exactly as advertised, absolutely amazing. I have snorkeled for years and have never been surrounded by so many sea turtles. The house was very clean and well appointed. The property host Tryg had great communication and was very helpful when I reached out to him. Having direct stairway access to the cove was a highlight of the property and we can't wait to come back.

A 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, with pool, spa, and air conditioning located on the ocean is quite unique. It has some of the best snorkeling and surfing on the island right in front of the house. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Fabulous hiking is also nearby.
