This VRBO is so spacious. Enough room for a family to spend time together. It was 102 degrees which was hard to deal with but other than that and no grass, we had a great time. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable with extra towels and the fridge ice maker was a nice addition. I suggest a few more kitchen hand towels and dish rags.

Great value. One stove burner was problematic. Had some issues with the TV. But overall it met our needs. Place was clean and host was easy to work with.

Check-in was good. It was a nice clean home. Easy access to the highway. A nice park within walking distance. Small shopping center nearby. Quiet nice neighborhood. I highly recommend this home. Dan answered all my questions with no hesitation.

One bed was a box spring with a sheet on it so that sucked. The host ordered a new mattress which arrived in time for us to use it for one night but that should have never been an issue. My daughter slept on the couch for 2 nights.

Beautiful home just wasn’t clean and leftover food and drinks were left in the refrigerator and there were no towels to shower and the backyard was dirty and the entire house needs a spring cleaning

The entire house had a strong animal urine smell. The outdoors had a strong cow manure smell, though that's not the owner's fault. The entire neighborhood smelled like cows. The dishes were not clean and left in the dishwasher. Towels were left in the washer. Thankfully the bedding did seem to be clean. The front yard and backyard was full of trash likely from the last people that stayed. I had to watch our dog any time she went outside because she would get into the trash. We looked for dishwasher detergent for the dishwasher and found what certainly looks like a water bottle filled with urine under the sink. Random parts of the house were not clean. It's a shame because it is generally a nice place. The owner was courteous and responsive. We contacted him about the smell and he did seem concerned, but I don't know what you can do about the smell after we are already there.

I read some of the reviews prior and checked the home prior to settling in. Home was clean and matched photos of home. Easy check in/check out process, and the host responds pretty quickly. Beds were comfortable. We loved the covers and blankets provided. Definitely got good nights rest in the master bedroom. Location was great for us and wasn't far from shopping and gas stations. The only downside for me was the lack of curtains in one of the rooms and also for the sliding doors to the backyard; I do not like that exposure at night. Also, the front porch needs a good cleaning/powerwashing. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us!

The host was very good with communication. But there were several issues. 1. The futon had a mattress that the springs could be felt very easily. 75 year olds were not comfortable. I had to buy a sleeping pad to make the mattress more comfortable. 2. There were no top sheets on 2 beds. 3. There needs to be a light in the dinning area. 4. There was not a blanket for one bed.

Very dirty, the bottom of my kids feet were jet black after 2 minutes of running around, all the linens were in the dryer still and 90% of all the dishes were still in the washer machine. Dan was very responsive when the a.c. went out. I was able to figure out it was a tripped breaker though

It's a very nice house but we were very disappointed in our stay. There was no top sheets on the bed the washing machine did not work, and it really needed a good cleaning. Was just a little labor to touch up the paint and clean it better it would have been really nice. Very disappointing

This was awful! The maid was in the home when we got there at 10:30pm. She then came back into the home when she left. She didn't even knock. The house was disgusting and so bad that we didn't stay there. We had no idea who she was and she just came back in and had access to the garage. I am sure she was lying there. There was a lot wrong. The owner messaged the next day and gave me our money back.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Friendly neighborhood with walking/running trails. The park near by has pickle ball courts and a skate park. Tres RĂ­os Preservation is close with above flat outdoor trail with water and animals to see. Also close to State Farm Stadium and Phoenix Raceway. The home is a new build in a developing area.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

New house with brand new appliances, dishwasher, stove , fridge, washer and dryer. Split floor plan so the master bedroom is separate from the rest with its own full bathroom and a huge walk in closet.
