Une maison de 3 Ă©tages avec chambre Ă  chaque Ă©tage. À quelques pas de l'une des plus belles plages de l'État du Maine. Faites de longues promenades Ă  la jetĂ©e OOB ou asseyez-vous et dĂ©tendez-vous sur la plage avec une belle vue sur les homardiers revenant de la mer.
3e Ă©tage a une suite parentale avec sa propre terrasse et un lit king size.
La chambre au 2Ăšme Ă©tage a une terrasse plus grande avec grill et table de pique-nique avec vue sur le coucher du soleil occidental. Cette chambre a un lit queen size.

Chambre au 1er étage a un lit queen size et une petite zone avec un lit supplémentaire en taille réelle.

Fabulous location, responsive host

This was perfect for us and our family. Smoke space, easy walk to the beach, close to Portland and lots of cool restaurants. Jeff promptly answered every question we had. Great host, great place!

We had a great week at this house. Plenty of parking. Easy access to beach was nice. Loved the fact that there was a bathroom on all three floors. Plenty of space for our needs. Owner Jeff was very helpful and very accessible if we had any questions. We could not be happier with everything and hope to return here in coming years.

Great stay

We liked the layout of the cottage that allowed the two children to have separated bedrooms. Its very approximate to the beach. Jeff was readily available for any inquiries I had. We are hoping to stay there again next year.

Great Place for a Family

We had such a great experience staying at Jeff's house. Jeff was friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The house was perfect for us (a family of 6 with a mix of teenagers and younger kids), plenty of space for everyone and the pool table was a hit. The beach access is incredible, you're a five minute walk from one of the nicest beaches in Maine which has no public parking so it's practically empty. You're so close you can easily pop back and forth for lunch or if you want out of the sun for a bit. We will definitely be going back!

Great Location

House is close to the beach in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Old Orchard Beach is just a couple miles away. Communication with Jeff was very clear and he responded quickly to any questions. Our stay was very relaxing.

Enjoyable Place

The house was in a great location, close to the beach. The open floor plan on the main living level made it easy for everyone to hang out together. Jeff was great and easy to communicate with.

Pine Point Paradise

This is the second year we rented this property from Jeff. He is extremely easy to work with. Knowing that we have a mischievous 3 year old, he took time to put away potential hazards as this is his home. There are beach chairs and games available for the beach. The location is awesome. The beach is within an easy walk. We were able to go back and forth several times a day. There is also a public right-away almost out the front door. My husband found this handy for putting his paddle board in the water. There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance/very short drive from the house. We are definitely hard on things as any family with young children can be. We have 3. It is not the most child friendly house, but Jeff was definitely accomdating.

Huge house close to both the beach and the marsh

Our family loved staying at Jeff's house. The porch with the built in table was great for family meals. We all enjoyed playing pool and the good sized yard. The master bedroom is amazing. The kitchen had all we needed to make our meals and we could all lounge comfortably in the living room.

Awesome house in an awesome location!

We had such a great time staying at Jeff’s place. I was a little nervous at first. My husband and I were traveling with our three young children. Knowing that this was Jeff’s home, I was extra vigilant with the kiddos. After meeting Jeff, I was a great deal more relaxed. The house is beautiful and located just a short walk to the beach. When we weren’t on the beach, the kids took advantage of the yard to play in. Jeff was prompt and taking care of one issue that came during our stay. He was also kind enough to let us stay beyond our checkout time. One of our daughters was sick and we could not get into our next rental until later in the afternoon. I would recommend this location in heartbeat. Jeff was also awesome. He was just a phone call/text away when needed! We look forward to staying again. Thanks Jeff!

The location was perfect, short walk to beach and restaurants

My group of 7 was traveling for a wedding on the beach and having 3 full bathrooms had us all ready on time! Enjoyed breakfast out on the lobster deck and the pool table was a great addition to the fun.

Beautiful home in great location

This beautiful home has lots of room with open concept on the middle floor for easy entertaining. The first floor has a large space containing a pool table for fun. There are multiple decks on each level to enjoy the outdoors and water views, and the beautiful beach is only a short walk away. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. It was an over all great experience. We were in Maine for a special event and if we go back again we would certainly want to stay here.
