Another great stay

Enjoyed the house and its excellent location on the beach and close to Ocean Park’s quaint little town. A second of year of great weather - lucky us.

Perfect vacation

The perfect week on the beach

The house was top notch and beautiful in all ways. My family and another annually vacations and this is the first time we want to go back for the same experience next year. I can’t speak highly enough about the house and service provided. It was incredible. The view was unreal.

Family reunion

This house suited our sibling reunion perfectly. It is the second summer we stayed here! The house is clean, bright and cheerful and very well appointed. The location right on the beach is absolutely wonderful. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal for our week, we still had the view from the main floor kitchen and living area. Hope to be back again!

Perfect Family Spot

We loved this house. We are a family of grandparents, siblings, and small children. We loved how quick the walk to and from the beach was (for naptime) and the house is absolutely gorgeous! It was really great that every family had their own bathroom. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the deck and watch the birds and the waves. Great location, short walk to coffee, bakery, and ice cream. Quiet street and all the amenities we needed for a beach week!

4th of July vacation

We had such a great time at this property. The location can’t be beat and the house itself is beautiful. We loved walking down to Ocean Park for ice cream and then heading over to OOB for rides. We had several little ones with us and there was plenty to do and the layout of the house worked really well. We stayed during the week of the 4th, and we could see fireworks from both OOB and Kennebunk. The neighbors were all extremely friendly as well. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we went to the beach every single day it was honestly one of the best locations for a summer house we have ever rented. It is truly a gem and we can’t wait to go back next year!

Wonderful location and comfortable property

We spent two weeks, the first with immediate family and the second with extended family. We loved the immediate access to the beach and walking distance to the cute shops at Ocean Park and a bit longer walking distance to Old Ocean Beach pier and shops...though we spent most of the time at the house and on the beach. House was well maintained, had an excellent gas grill that was well supplied with propane, and a good collection of beach chairs and beach toys...only needed to supply your own beach umbrellas and cooler. We are definitely interested in returning. Only suggestions I would make - there were not quite enough plates and silverware for full house of people - so had to run the dishwasher a couple of times a day, and the AC did have to work hard during our stay and to keep rooms cool often needed to leave bedroom doors open - house was cool enough though. One other minor thing? Some room darkening shades - sun comes up early on the Maine coast in July!

Family vacation

5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, very new and well constructed house. Well appointed. Great views right on beach, extremely clean and well kept. Kitchen and bathrooms great, 2 living rooms, upper and lower outside decks, nice grill...works great. Will book again for next year.

Another great year!

This is the second year that we've had our family vacation at Nautical Point. We love the house so much, and the hosts make everything so simple - there's nothing to worry about except having a wonderful vacation on beautiful Old Orchard Beach. Can't go wrong with this property - well worth every cent. PS - for larger families, renting the house and adjacent cottage is perfect for more space.

We had a wonderful time at your home. It was clean and very convenient to things to do. Plenty of room for my family of 8 to spread out and have their own space when needed. Short walk to the pier, arcade and shops.

Wonderful neighborhood beachhouse

We had a great week at this home. The neighborhood is walkable with groceries and cute shops within 5 shady minutes. The house is spacious with gathering space for our large group. The bathrooms are gorgeous and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. Lots of storage! The lower level walkout to a beautiful new patio area with gas fire pit and plenty of seating. The beach is just steps away and is clean and peaceful. Just a 20 minute walk to Old Orchard Pier. We can't wait to go back!
