Cette villa de 5 chambres est l'option parfaite pour les familles qui souhaitent un séjour mémorable dans un emplacement privilégié à Orlando! Le club Encore est à moins de dix minutes des principaux parcs à thème et propose même des équipements incroyables directement sur la propriété tels que leur parc aquatique amusant!

Pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes, l'EC141 est équipée de salles de bains privatives dans chaque chambre ainsi que de chambres à thème, idéales pour les enfants!

Votre propre piscine privée et spa est le seul moyen de se détendre et de se détendre pendant les vacances, mais le divertissement ne se termine jamais avec un loft où vous pourrez mettre en valeur vos compétences en billard dans une compétition amicale de piscine.

Fabulous House

Super clean and organized--great safe neighborhood and location. Loved the pool and hot tub--we did request pool heat and it was perfect with the weather temps. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again!

Family getaway

This property was just as advertised. Communication was quick and thorough, and the check in process was easy. I traveled with my adult kids and their spouses and we really enjoyed the house and the amenities included. Shopping was close, so it was easy to get anything we needed. The pool and outdoor spaces were perfect, and the house is on a hill, so it was very private. No real problems with noisy neighbors, which was a concern. There were a couple small issues, but nothing that caused any inconvenience. Everyone loved it, and we were able to relax.

Family Getaway

This was for an extended family trip, grandparents, parents and two teens, to get out of the cold and snow. We had a great week. We opted for the pool heat which was well worth it. We were in the pool every day. This location is very close to the parks although we didn't go to any. The house had many little extras that gave everyone something to do. The boys enjoyed the basketball court. Across the street is a full water park that is part of this complex. Many families with smaller children took advantage of it and they all seemed to have a great time.

Disappointed with Communication and Pool Cleanliness

I was really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that made the experience less than ideal. Most concerning was the fact that the property management company allowed a cable technician to enter the house without any notice. I was inside with my young children when a complete stranger just walked in. No call, no heads-up — nothing. It was an extremely unsettling and unsafe situation that should never happen in a rental property.In addition, the pool was not cleaned before our arrival, and despite reaching out to the management company, they didn’t send anyone to address it until the regularly scheduled cleaning — which was toward the end of our stay. That left us with just one day to enjoy the pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked the property.The house itself was nice, but poor communication and lack of attention to basic guest expectations really took away from the experience. I hope the management company takes guest safety and responsiveness more seriously moving forward.

POOL WAS HORRIFIC

I contacted the Jeeves Contact on the day of check in on Friday. Informed them the pool was full of leaves, dirt, oil residue and filth. Was advised someone would come out on Friday. No one came on Friday, Saturday . Someone showed up at 2pm On Sunday., day prior to checking out. The trip was ruined. Was only capable of using the pool on the last day of our reservation. Im a COVID Travel Nurse and I wanted to relax and spend time with family. This was a sore eye, as we desired to relax on the patio. We watched all of our neighbors enjoy clean pools with family and friends. This was a very negative experience, and its was very unsettling after traveling for over an year away from family. This was definitely not a great experience, instead it was horrific!!!
