I was in town for a night and was able to book this property the same week of my trip. I enjoyed my stay and the property was close to everything that I had planned. Felt safe and the property had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Parking was a little tough, but that should be expected with a city property and parking information is highlighted in the listing. Had to park a block away.

The spot is really nice for a solo/couples trip. It’s walking distance from great restaurants, the farmers market and museum. Staying here you won’t need to get a car if you plan on hanging out in the downtown area. The unit was clean upon arrival and the check in process was very easy and smooth, I’m definitely going to be staying here again in the future. Very glad I booked!

Located in an up & coming part of town - so know that not everything is going to look the same or feel the same. Parking can be a block or two away. Overall I don't want to complain about the property too much. It was perfectly fine for a couple of nights. Neighborhood was a nice Blended community and it was very accessible to restaurants and river walking path. We had to be a little creative with parking but there was usually overnight street parking available. Our only complaints were the bed mattress was very uncomfortable, there should be blinds on the bathroom window because it's visible to other residences, and the shower nozzle did not have an off position. You had to find just the right place to shut the water off. Again, it was nice otherwise. The main thing was the mattress

Small Studio Great for Short Stay

We stayed at this VRBO for one month after we were laid off and had our lease end at the same time so we could job hunt and apartment hunt. This apartment is very small, even for a studio, but it has everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities!I definitely would not recommend it for a month or longer, though. The Murphy bed has a thin, rollable mattress so it can be stowed away when not in use. We brought a mattress topper which made it more comfortable, but overall I would recommend staying here for a week or two max. Parking was a bit of a struggle, as to be expected in Midtown. There is free parking during most hours of the day, but sometimes we had to move our car two or three blocks away to avoid a ticket. It's not a huge deal, and being able to walk places made that downside a lot more manageable. Highly recommend our host for their quick and friendly communication. He was always reachable and helped solve any issues that arose.

The previous reviews mention parking issues, but on my last day there in mid-August, 2026, they found a way to get visitors a parking pass. Wasn't helpful for me, but definitely better for you! So, I would disregard any review mentioning parking troubles. It definitely was a hassle, but you shouldn't have to worry about that anymore. My only complaint is that the dishes weren't clean, it's like they just trusted the last visitor to make sure they were clean. So, I washed every dish on my 2nd day there. I like that household things like sugar and coffee filters were there, but the lip gloss and foundation that were half used and in the bathroom cupboard were kinda questionable. Overall though, communication was great with the owner, it's close to downtown nightlife, the room was as clean as advertised, I felt safe and clean. When my door locks batteries were dying, they had more waiting for me before I even knew it was an issue. This ain't the owners fault, but like in any city, make sure you lock your car doors, had 27 dollars taken from my console. Again, not the owners fault, but is relevant if you're staying in the area. 10/10 for my actual room experience tho! Clean, quiet, exactly as advertised!

We stayed here for 2 nites. Perfect for 2 people. Good location to everything such as river walk, market, Millworks. We had no problems finding street parking either. Rowhouse was very quiet, as was the street. Hosts texted very detailed parking places, as well as check in instructions
