Hobie’s Hangout is steps away from the beach and features a fabulous view of the ocean from the top deck. Enjoy sipping morning coffee on the spacious deck and having cocktails in the evening looking out on the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves in the background. Accessing the beach couldn't be easier as you are directly across from a public access. Even the family dog will be able to enjoy a trip to the beach at this pet-friendly property. Hobie’s Hangout has been completely renovated inside and is bursting with color in every room. The large living area invites you to kick back and unwind with comfy furniture, playful art, and plenty of windows to let in the light and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean. The living room features large, comfy sofas and recliners providing ample seating for all guests to enjoy watching the large wall-mounted TV. The dining area includes a large table perfect for family meals and playing games! The dining table seats 10 and there is additional seating at the bar for 4 more. A fully equipped kitchen includes all the cooking necessities needed for preparing snacks and meals throughout your vacation.

On the first level, you will find three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet and chest of drawers providing ample storage for all your vacation items. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a chest of drawers and opens onto the lower shaded deck that provides a relaxing area to sit or swing. A full hallway bathroom featuring separate shower and sink areas provides guests flexible accommodations for cooling down from a day in the sun. The master suite features a king-sized bed, two chests of drawers, and a full ensuite bathroom. The master suite also opens onto the lower deck for additional relaxation in the shade. Guests will also find convenient access to a washer and dryer located on this level.

On the second level, you will find a bedroom and bath off the living area featuring a king-sized bed and chest of drawers with a full sized bathroom directly across the hall. High-speed internet is provided along with flat screen Roku TVs in all 4 bedrooms, where guests may log in to their streaming accounts. For your convenience, a keyless lock on the entrance door provides guests with an assigned personal code for the duration of their stay. No need to keep up with keys on the beach! Towels (bath, hand and washcloth), bathmats, and bed linens are provided free of charge with your stay, and the beds will be made and ready for when you arrive. We also provide an amenity kit which includes some toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags and more to get you started on your vacation - worry free! A professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
