Welcome to your Surf City getaway! This spacious and inviting townhome, with 2054 sqft, is designed with families and groups in mind, offering four comfortable bedrooms — two with king beds, one with a queen, and one with two playful sets of bunk beds. With four full bathrooms, everyone can get ready with ease, and the convenience of an elevator makes moving luggage and groceries a breeze.

Step outside and enjoy the short stroll to the sand via our private deeded beach access, giving you the perfect blend of privacy and proximity to the ocean. When you’re ready to explore, downtown Surf City is just minutes away by foot or bike, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local attractions to discover.

Inside, you’ll find a welcoming space to relax after a day of adventure. Whether you’re gathering in the living area, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwinding in your private bedroom retreat, this townhome offers the perfect balance of comfort and coastal charm.

Our family had a great time vacationing at the Shorely Grateful home. The property is new and clean. It is decorated beautifully very family friendly. The owners thought of all the details the make your stay comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach and close to activities. We would definitely rent this property again.

We traveled with children including an infant and toddler and had a great stay. The house was well equipped with plates and utensils for children, a high chair and pack and play, even a sound machine. It was a great location with an easy walk to the beach. Bart and Kristy were easy to get a hold of and the check-in process was smooth and easy. We would stay here again.

What you see is what you get! For the first time ever, after many years of renting vacation properties, I was not disappointed. The description and the photos did not oversell. The home is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked where you could prepare actual meals for your family. Service for 12 was amazing because we have never had matching plates, cups and silverware provided (and our eggs didn’t stick to the pan because the pots and pans were truly non-stick). What really took this home over the top were all the little personal touches that you made you feel you were home —- beautiful towels, night lights, bunk room sound machine, extra tooth brushes, even designated wash clothes to remove make-up, numerous sand toys, boogie boards, and chairs —- everything we used to cram into our SUV we left at home for the first time. This wasn’t just a house to rent. It was a week in what felt like a close family member’s home that had looked forward to our visit and anticipated every need. Yes, this seems like it is an over the top review, but it is one that is well deserved!

Absolutely beautiful property. One of the best stocked listings that we have ever enjoyed. Hosts are amazing. Would give them and the property 10 bonus stars if I could. I highly recommend them to everyone. Look no further, this is the property you are looking for.
