Sugar Beach 107 Studio

Sugar Beach is undergoing a 6-month concrete restoration and painting project. Work begins on the interior perimeter near the center pool to minimize disruption during the busy summer months.

Welcome to Sugar Beach 107, a cozy retreat for a relaxing trip to the Alabama Gulf Coast. This comfortable Studio offers a full kitchen, and an east facing private balcony. 3 regular pools *one seasonally* heated, kids pool and on-site food and beverage at The Sugar Shack. Situated on the 1st floor, Sugar Beach 107 provides easy access to the sugar white sands of Orange Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Each reservation includes one parking pass good for the duration of your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailers can be parked at Sugar Beach.

Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am
No Smoking in unit or on balcony
Pets are not allowed.
Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
Primary Renter Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Perfect Location and Exactly as Pictures

Enjoyed staying at this clean and perfectly located studio! Check in and check out process was easy, and was able to quickly communicate with managers. The studio is exactly as pictured. It did not have any inside seating with backs, and not enough surfaces to easily place our suitcases and belongings. But, we rolled with it and it was great for myself and my teenage daughter.
