SHORE RELAXATION

A remodeled condo with new appliances, mattress, sleeper, sofa and furnishings in the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club complex. The complex features 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor), tennis courts, shuffle board, sauna, steam room, fitness room, BBQ grills, picnic tables, clubhouse, and Adirondack chairs that look out over the ocean for a nice relaxation.
The unit is located in the tennis villas and is on the second floor of building 1. There is an elevator located at the end of building 1. The condo features a one bedroom and one bathroom setup. There is a new queen pullout sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room with blackout curtains in both sleeping areas for a well rested vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook. There is a side view of the ocean from the balcony and it has a beautiful view of the sunset. There are many attractions near by such as Adventure Island, which is directly across the road, along with Doc’s Seafood and Steaks, Bubba Seafood House, and Live Bait that are within walking distance. This condo is a great fit for a short getaway or a family vacation.

Property is an older building; but, kept up very nicely. Unit was very clean and updated. We had a slight/angled ocean view. Owner was wonderful to work with. Very responsive. Toaster was broken had a new one delivered the next day. Our first experience being a snowbird for a month and loved it. Thank you Sean and Melinda.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay. The condo was a perfect size for us & a great location. It was updated, the decor was lovely & it was very clean. The walk to the beach is short. The pool was nice. The only complaint I have is the bed. It is small & not very comfortable. The headboard also seemed a little loose. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

I was impressed at the cleanliness of this property. It was a great size and had all of the amenities necessary. This was my first time renting through VRBO and the communications I received via email leading up to my trip made the process very easy. Great birthday week!!

This is an adorable and very clean condo with everything you need for cooking or just relaxing! We had an easy check in and very easy parking just outside our door! We swam everyday at the salt water pool (indoors)and then enjoyed the steam room. The pools outside are both beautiful and have a great view of the ocean. The surrounding area have great shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at this condo and we will hopefully be back soon.

First VRBO family vacation

This was our first rental we have done for a family vacation. This place was fantastic. Everything was nice and clean. The couch was a daybed and had a roll out bed which was perfect for my two teenagers. You are walking distance to the beach, and that was exactly what we wanted. The property owner were very responsive to any questions we had. This will be on our list when we return.

The room was nice just wished we weren’t looking at the roadside.. wanted beachside. The bed in the room needs bigger sheets that fit the bed. It fell off every night.

Wonderful owners and property. Couldn’t be more pleased.

We had the best 7 nights at this condo!! The listing is just as specified. The condo is very close to the beach and the pools. The overall outside property is clean and well kept. The inside of the condo is clean and completely updated. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to set up the pull out couch. The kitchen was stocked with all needed dishes and appliances. When we needed to reach the owner is was very simple with quick replies each time. We look forward to staying here again next summer!

This was my first time staying at a property that wasn't exactly "beach front." However, it was NO issue at all--it was a very quick walk from the condo, around the building, and to the beach. The $50 parking fee was a little strange to us... In regards to the condo itself, the Keurig didn't work, so we had to go out to get coffee every morning. The bathroom door in the hallway locked and would not open a few times, causing us to have to jimmy the door/not close it at all. Also, the overhead light in the bedroom did not work at all.
